I'm not sure if it's related but 3 weeks ago I felt unwell did a covid test came back negative but I've had a chesty cough what I'm most concerned about are the changes in my mouth and throat my tounge is white and the taste buds at the back of my mouth in a V shape are kinda white on top and enlarged I have a small looking pimple on my tonsil and also these lumps/bumps on the side of my tounge.

You may have oral Thrush.You should be able to get a mouth gel or something similar from your pharmacist/ Chemist. You could also try rinsing your mouth and gargling with salted water.
