HELP!! WHAT’S GOING ON WITH ME *Pics attached to see*

Hello in September of 2019 I had unprotected sex , immediately i gold Albicans and glabrata candida and group b strep .The gyn at the time said i had the yeast infection that’s hard to get rid of he gave me diflucan, amoxicillin and some other medications. After i finished i still had vaginal and butt itching. But the doctor would not see me anymore. So after i just tried to try things at home. In August of last year i had an appointment with my derm i told her i still had mild itching so she prescribed me antibiotics for an uti and yeast infection. The next week i went to the Er and he said i had a few bacteria in my urine so prescribed me keflex. While taking keflex i started having burning sensations in the vagina and butt including pain that i didn’t have really before taking it. I went to my gyn and he gave me An Pap smear and told me i still had an yeast infection during the Pap my left side of my abdomen was sore so i was told to get an ultrasound so i went to another hospital where they did so and just said i had a small cyst on my left ovary and that i had klebsiella and another bacteria i can’t think of right now so they gave me rocephine and another antibiotib i can’t recall and my derm gave me cipro which i didn’t complete because i was feeling horrible. Every time i go to my gyn he says i still have a yeast infection he gave me diflucan about 2 maybe 3 weeks ago for five days to take and now I’m noticing a rash on the left side of my vagina. I’m really just trying to figure out what’s going on. Is glabrata really that hard to get rid of and that bad or is my body reacting to all of the antibiotics i was on or what? I noticed the other night i was having upper back spasms like how i was having in my lower abdomen . Then also when i was on the antibiotics i was having discharge in my stool. ( the discharge in stool stopped) but I’m still having burning sensations throughout entire body, spasms, vaginal irritation, discomfort, tingling and mild pain, butt pain. I believe i still have discharge as well. My gyn did a culture a few weeks ago and said i still had group b but i couldn’t finish the antibiotics because as soon as i took it i had burning sensations through out my body. I’m also a type 2 diabetic. Seen a urologist last week and he said i have large amount of blood in the urine and he wants to do a cystoscopy next Tuesday ( hopefully i can go i just started a new job) i've also had IC
