Help with IBS..

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me with pain experienced with IBS, I have the classic symptoms of IBS but recently I have been experiencing more stomach spasms, and the pain is chronic. I wondered if anyone has tried any different medication or herbal medication what has worked for them and settled some of the symptoms of IBS.
Many thanks,

If you go onto your settings app, there will be an option to disable predictive text. That's the first thing I do when I buy a new phone. I only discovered my ipad had predictive text too after several years of having it. Even then, I frequently have typos with the internal keyboard!

Mebeverine is a type of antispasmodic. However, many people find that it really upsets their stomach. It ididn't agree with me either and I had to stop it within four days after trying them twice. I got reactions wirhin minutes of swallowing the first tablet. Very few people can tolerate it.
However.,there is no harm in trying them out because you can always stop them and try something else. This is the only way of finding out if they are suitable for ypu.

Hi Pippa,
I'll keep it in mind thank you, maybe at a last resort I will try it out and see if it works, if I have a nasty reaction ill stop taking them and try something else.

Hi sam,
This may sound a bit stupid.. I've heard of aloe vera gel but never juice is it part of the same thing? has this helped lots with you?
I just want to reduce my pain and the frequency of spasms, so open to try majority of things at the moment! where can I buy aloe vera juice?

Hi if you go and ask in there they'll help you I'm sure, I ask them obscure questions often but they're really good. Good luck. X
