Hemorrhoidal bleeding

I am a 20 year old female and I have had internal and external hemmoroids since my teens. I recently went to the doctor and was told they are harmless. Do not have healthcare and cannot afford it due to being a college student. The hemmoroids are sometimes pushed out a long with the stools which I read is rare? I don’t drink water as often as I should (I am trying to) and do not have a healthy diet (A lot of fast food and breads). A week ago I had a hard stool and may have pushed too hard and saw there was a lot of blood in the toilet water (Water was red) My hemmoroids are painless, rarely itchy. This bleeding is only during stools. I had another stool yesterday and had the same result (Lots of blood). I have started taking magnesium and eating a little healthier. I am hoping that I just ruptured a hemmoroid and this bleeding should subside soon. Hoping that the next stool will not have any or less blood. What do you guys think?

I have terrible hemorroids for 15 years and bleed always. It will get worse without a major commitment on eating habit. I recently healed myself without any meds and operation. Is been 3 months no problem not even swell.
Here is what I do. Drink lots of green tea. Blend veg/fruit juice everyday. I preblend it due to busy schedule , twice a week ) Fresh fruits with good variety. No coffee. Reduce meat.
Basically, try to eat healthy and avoid commercial. I know it's not easy for you due to busy school. But gotta start somewhere. Buy unsalted nuts and they are healthy and will help as a small meal.
I reduced fast food from 80% to 10% or less. nuts and fruit just a big help as small meal. What ever it takes, you have to reduce fast food, that food is major contribution to your hemmorride condition and now I feel, that food is actually poisoning.
Poop is the indicator. If you get good poop not hard and easy out, your hemmorride condition will improve by itself. Once your eating habits changed, the result is almost instant. I mean you will see improvement start few hours later...
Best of luck.

Oh sorry, did not see your previous message. Yes! No more problems. Recently, kid out of school and we on the trip much, lesser home and lesser juice, there is one day I feel a little uneasy but it finally did not give me pain nor swell. It's been good since March.
How are you? Any improvement?

so sorry April, have you make any adjustment? Keep trying... just dont give up. I've tried many things like more fiber, prunes,... I've tried to exercise... Nothing really works. I do juice now and I even put all leftovers to blend together, it's just great and works out well for me.
Keep a bottle of organic apple cider vinegar, give it a try.
Best of luck!

I'm doing so far so good, no problem since March. What have been changed before bleed returns? Eat anything different? For me, it's all about eating habits.

I'm so sorry to hear you under so much stress. Life sure isnt easy. Not to you and not to everybody. For me, my surviving tips is always keeps a small bag of nuts with me. So, I will just eat those for lunch and they are amazingly fulfilling and healthy. It was difficult to start especially I like food tasty and I opt for no salt nuts. But after a while, I starting to like it and that becomes a good habit.
My best wishes to you and always here for you.

Nice to hear from you April. Seems like you getting a handle of it. Yeah, stress has a big part of it and so is food intake. I am all good and not even registered in my mind now. Juice weekly and sometimes skip a week when too busy. Try to opt for veg and on my way reducing spicy. Still go McDonald. Still do pizza. But just not everyday. It's a habit now and it's all good. No problem since March. No more bleed. No more pain. No more swell. Really happy my 15 year suffer all over. And you can do it too...
Stool is a good indication actually. Not to worry quantity or how often. But the quality. If it comes smooth without long wait. Not hard push. Not hard to clean after. Couple times wiping. It form shape but not hard and not watery.
Eat a little less is better than a little more. A little bag of nuts as emergency food bring a long way.
Keep up with the good job. I'm waiting for your continue positive progress.
Cheers!

Hello April,
How are you? Been a long time and it's just so busy these days. Kids were out of school and it's summer again.
For me, everything is going well. Dont even remember the word hemorrizhoid now :- but we're also very low on meat. Still trying to juice but just getting too busy and juice lesser and lesser. But we up green tea and pretty much just tea without sugar. We definitely eat much healthier.
So how's yours? Hope well.
