i found these spots because i was self inspecting, i have a skin condition called hidradenitis and it makes me have breakouts and boils on my inner thighs so i thought nothing of it. but recently (almost 2 months ago) a guy i was seeing went down on me and a few days ago he came up with sores on his mouth. i havent seen him in 2 months but is it possible i have herpes

hi im not sure how to post a picture on here. i have a darker vulva and my spot/tiny bumps like very similar to this! im scared its herpes? i already got tested for it and the results came back negative. does anyone know if fordyce spots can vary in size?

yes fordyce spots can vary and size but they shouldnt be as big as a pimple, it should be small and only noticable when the skin is stretched
