Herpes, friction blister, or...?

Early Monday morning my boyfriend and I had sex. He was really rough with me, rougher than he's ever been, & I got really dry & it hurt pretty bad. Ever since then I've been itching pretty badly. I get yeast infections often and so I had a tube of prescription ointment that my GYN prescribed me a long time ago, I had just never used it before. Well, Wednesday I was itching all over pretty bad so I decided to try out the ointment. I rubbed some on my vagina & it started burning. Then a painful bump came up so I applied a warm wash cloth to it & now it kind of looks like a blister. I've had it since Wednesday, so three days now & it still hurts pretty badly but doesn't really appear to be getting worse. I am worried sick that I got herpes. I'm hoping it's not, but it does KIND OF look like it I guess, but I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years & I got a full STD test before I was with him, including a blood test that tested for herpes & it was all negative, so I know I didn't have anything before I was with him. He said he hasn't had a blood test but that he's never had any symptom of genital herpes whatsoever & no reason to believe he has it. HOWEVER, he did have a cold sore about a month ago so I'm worried sick that I somehow got genital herpes from his cold sore. We never had oral sex while he had a cold sore, but we did have sex once & he fingered me. Could he have possibly touched his cold sore & I got it from him fingering me? Or could he have HSV2 & just not ever know & give it to me? Or maybe it's a friction blister from rough sex? I trust that he would not withhold that information from me if he had genital herpes, but I guess maybe he got it before he was with me and just didn't know?  Could it be a blister from friction from it being rough and way too dry? It honestly kind of looks like a burn. I don't have multiple blisters and I have no other symptoms at all other than the painful blister/bump or whatever. I know that if I get a blood test done, it will be positive for HSV-1, as I got cold sores when I was a kid, so I feel like the blood test wouldn't do me any good because the positive HSV-1 test wouldn't really tell me if what's on my vagina is actually herpes or not since I already have the HSV-1 virus. I attached a picture. Sorry, I am on my period so you can see a bit of blood, but I need opinions!
