Good evening!

I've been reading through the forum and wanted to say hello and thankyou for all the tips i've been reading about!

I'm 29, 5'6\" and just over 13.3 stone! (85kg). I have been on Orlistat for three days so far and wasn't told about the side effects or what to do to stop them from happening, so it was a bit of a shock to have been 'Tangoed' and not realise why! I now know... lol.

I will admit right from the start that i'm not very good at exercising, although i usually do Yoga and a circuit training class once a week, but i sprained my ankle a few weeks ago, so have been unable to go back just yet (my doctor told to take 6 weeks of altogther).

Anyway, i just really wanted to introduce myself! And say that you all seem nice and friendly!

Thanks again,

Charlene.[/color:9cd037cd3c]

Thankyou so much for all of your helpfull tips and advice!!

I've been very cautious the last few days and have had no leakage for about three days so far! But with being cautious i have been suffering with headaches, tiredness, and absolutly no energy to move! I struggle to get up in the mornings and to get the kids from school in the afternoons! I find that i'm always wanting to sleep now... I've also nearly given up tea (had one cup in about three days!). Has anyone found this? Is it due to possibly being too strict with myself?

Hubby has been very supportive, with helping me on this diet! The only thing is, looking for low fat sausages, they were nearly double in price to what we normally buy! Also bought some crumpets and some light marg (also having less marg than i used to too!). And got some cereal bars from tescos really cheap, which were also low in fat compared to some bars that i've seen and i found that i liked them too!! smile

Again, thankyou for all of your helpfull tips and advice!![/color:1a4f4c27f0]

Did you used to drink a lot of tea? It sounds to me like you could be going through caffeine withdrawl if you did. I gave up coffee a few years back and for a few days my headache was so bad I could hardly lift my head off the pillow. Stick with it and if it is you'll feel much better for it. I still drink caffeine but just a fraction of what I used to.

Do you have a Morrisons near you? I usually find they have quite good offers and their prices are fairly low generally.
