hi I'm 34 and 2weeks tomorrow I had my right hip replacement, I'm doing ok, nurse came yesterday and took staples out, I'm desperate for a shower but not allowed to get dressing wet, it's a nightmare trying to have a full wash without actually going in shower, anyone got any advice on what I can do? thanks

And have a bathmat just outside your shower so when you get out you are not stepping directly on the floor of the bathroom. A bathmat inside the shower and outside the shower.

I felt a little wobbly but I did it.

Get your hair washed as quick as you can so if you feel wobbly you can finish up quick. Your first shower don't strive for a long one, as you may not feel secure for a long length of time.

I have a stool that goes in the shower so I will sit on that, but it won't be in there a long time as my legs ache easy, yes hair first.
