HOME REMEDY FOR BARTHOLIN'S ABSCESS THAT WORKS!

Hello ladies, I am writing to share my story with you and my amazing home remedy that actually works! After nearly three years of suffering from these horrible, nasty, painful monsters, I finally found a cure.
I had my first abcsess at 25, it was excrutiating pain and went to the size of a tennis ball. I tried all the advice on the internet (sitz baths, hot compresses etc), none of these worked and I eventually had the marsupilaziton surgery (which for some people, is a permanent cure). It was uncomfortable and I was in hospital for around 10 days.
My second one came up around 6 months later, again extremely painful. I was admitted into hospital for surgery again but fortunately, it decided to burst itself in the night whilst in the hospital. I was discharged the next morning and was pain free.
A few months later, another one decides to pay a visit. So as usual, I go to hospital, which by this time, the gynae doctors are familiar with me. The doctor examines me and says it is not as big as the first two and that if I want, I can have it drained there and then. Obviously, this would mean that I would be awake throughout the procedure but also that it will be a quick fix and can go home the same day. I choose to have this and with a bit of numbing cream and squeezing of my moms hand, the abcsess is drained.
This procedure is painful, but NO WHERE NEAR AS PAINFUL AS HAVING THE ABSCESS! When you are desperate, you will do anything to make it go!
A year and a half passes by (present time) and my 4th one arrives. I went to the hospital within hours of feeling that familiar pain. it was not as large as it had been but I wanted to nip it in the bud asap before it got to that size and that horrendous level. The doctors turned me away twice over two days and said that they cannot do anything as it still isnt big enough to operate on.
Absolutely distressed, in pain and physically drained, I went home, where me and my mom frantically googled other peoples home remedy ideas, desperate to find a cure. We kept coming across a remedy involving,tumeric powder, coconut oil, baking soda and sea salt.
First, I mixed tumeric powder with the cocunut oil, to make a paste. This bought all the puss to the surface of the abscess, making it almost triple in size and the skin layer very thin, almost ready to pop. i left it on for approxamatley 2 hours. it does get very painful and uncomfortable but u can see that it it is ready to burst. A few painkiller kept the pain tolerable. Once it looks ike it is about to burst, mix the baking soda and salt in some water and dab on with a coton pad. I left the cotton pad there, held in pace with my underwear and sanitary towel.
Baking soda and salt are supposed to burn the skin. So when the skin is very thin, it shouldnt take much for it to tare which will lead to the abcess draining.
i left the cotton pad in place for twenty minutes and realised the pain of the abscess jad dissappeared. When I checked, it had burst! the pain relief is instant and you feel almost back to normal.
I am now writing this less than 12 hours later and I feel great. There is very little pain (only to touch) and hardly any swelling. The abscess is draining itself. I have been having warm baths to keep the area clean and speed up draining but overall Im feeling happy and relieved.
Please try this as it really does work! Be patient and brave no matter how hard it gets, and believe me, I know it gets hard! If u think about it, this is a logical remedy- the tumeric (an anti-oxidant) makes all the puss come to the surface, making the skin thin and the baking soda and salt (an acidic formula) burns the thin layer of skin making a hole for the abscesss to drain.

Hello ladies, i told you i would be back, the pains i felt was like that of child birth if not worse, i couldnt sleep, eat, bath, walk or do anything, i just cry and pray bcos the pain became unbearable.
I stubled on this site and decided to try the homeotheraphy good thing i had all ingredient, first day i did the coconut oil and tumeric mixture and after 2hrs i did the salt and baking soda paste, it itches but soothes and also i tried the sitz bath severally.
No result was achieved day 1, so i tried it again day 2 but this time the pain had worsened and it was as if i will pass out, i ímmediately booked a gyne who charged me alot but on a second thought i went to my regular doc who placed me on some pain killer injections and admitted me while i wait yo be cut open.
At that moment my heart raced so fast and i just had to Pray it burst itself cos i dont want to go under the knife, while waiting it began to itch so bad down there but i couldnt touch it, few mins to doctors arrival it ruptured itself and i got instant relief, like i was loaded with burdens..Thank u lord and thanks to everyone here...and i pray this never happens to me again

Hello guys I've had This problem going on for years I usually go to the er and let them do it but I knew it wasn't big enough. I've seen this once before but I was to scared to try it and I did it finally today I put the turmeric and oil on it for about 20 mins before I knew it, it has burst in a small area so I the. Proceed to put the baking soda and salt on there so hopefully the whole thing will burst fingers crossed right now it's not hurting I'm gonna get in the next 15 mins.. really hopes it works !

Must say this blog has been my companion for more than 4 days so THANK YOU for aaaall the advice, made me felt less lonely with something we really dont want to share with anyone.
On day 2 after being diagnosed and already taken antibiotics tried the tumeric/coconut oil followed by the baking soda and salt...bled a little but still my gland was as big as a golf ball! then tried camomille (some how soothing) tea trea oil and last night vinegar!! huuurted
....Desperated finally decided to get it drained at ER but before going, in the morning I gave myself a massage from the knees up in circular motion, getting as close to the area as possible...at a yoga course learned about the bodys meridians and stimulation of them, thought it may help...and did but before it did I experienced the worst pain eveeeer 😓 couldnt walk or sit down, guess the stimulation brought more blood to the area which finally after 5 hours, (that felt like 5 months!) made it drained by itself...what a reliiieeeeef!!
have to share my story since cannot imagine how painful must be to be cut when already in such pain...so to me got worse before better, but poped by itself...so thank you for all the advice and to all of you who are going through this awful experience, I will pray for you??

So, I have had like 4 BC in the past 3 years, one I had drained with a needle, the 2nd one was the worst, it got the size of a golf ball. It got lanced, and it hurt BAD!. Not too long after that I got a smaller one that went away on its own after sitting in a warm bath, now I have another one the is irritating! It has been draining for like a week now and it does hurt. I just don't know how to get all the ick out, I push and push and it drains a lot but feels like there is still stuff in it. I have read your posts and am curious about this but It sounds like most of the women can see their cysts, I can't it is up there. Is it safe? I'm kind of chicken to try, but think it maybe worth it. My OBGYN has left the area and all that there is now are men, I feel that they are kind of insensitive about the whole thing, plus I really don't wanna go for surgery. What about castor oil, has anyone tried this?

Hello,
Thank you so much for this remedy. I just woke up and my abscess had begun draining; it took about 18 hours total from the time I initially made the turmeric and coconut oil paste. Nothing else has ever worked for me and I get a couple of abscesses per year. I saw the skin thinning and coming to a head. My only issue is that I will probably need some antibiotics as well because of the infection, but luckily I have an ongoing prescription. I can't believe this remedy was so effective but I followed your exact instructions and it worked.

So I have a BC . To be honest with tou I dont know when or how it appeared. Wednesday I was fine and then thursday morning I felt this slight pain but more of a discomfort when i moved , stood or walked. I felt down there only to find a big bump. Now I i get these everyonce in a while. i noticed after a shave session, but they arent painful. one actually was but it was higher on my pelvic bone area but not as bad as this one. So that night i soaked in a warm bathe. It got softer a bit. Friday pain got worst it seemed to be enlarging so i broke out the pain pills. That night i took a warm bath again. then saturday came i took a pain pill that morning and it seemed to work. I went about my day and just has a dull ache. That night i took a bath again and pain came back. then sunday came still the same then monday still the same except i did epsom salt . now i ran upon this post and was like what the hell. whats to loose the pain was bearable in a way but not very good. I put the tumeric paste on and it did start stinging in a way or like it felt as if the pain increased then after it died down to its "normal" ache. so hopefully it works. im gonna cry if it doesn't. everyone is talking about instant relief ... i want that so bad right now. so hopefully. when i put it on though it already was in process of form head with the thin skin so hopefully the tumeric paste make it burst if not im gonna do the baking soda and salt after.

Suffering from bc from past 5 days. It has immense pain . Cant even move my lower body. Taking antibiotics n painkillers. Just read this post . Applied turmeric n olive oil. Now waiting

Hey i am the one who had just applied turmeric paste. I kept it for 4 hrs straight. I did went to loo in between but did not was it off. Pain was minimum. And after 4 hrs tada... it bursted itself. What a relief. Have applied betadin in a cotton and dapped it in the are now . All the pus is out. Mild burning sensation is there.
A sincere thanks and gratitude to one who wrote the post and others for sharing your at stories. Without your encouraging words i couldn't have applied this. Thank you so much . But am scared this doesnt come back. As this can come back the very next day also .

Omg! I thought I was the only one with said issue! I just had my first one pop up last night and ended up at urgent care because the pain and swelling was so bad. I had no idea what was going on or did I ever hear of BC before today. I had mine cut and it DOES feel tons better. I'm just babying it as to not get an infection and have to go back. I'm trying the sitz bath to help it drain and soften more. I really hope I never get another as I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemy. Any advice or tips are very welcome. Thank you all for sharing.

I just want to say thank you for sharing your life experience. I keep having them for the past year. This past week here in miami we were preparing for hurricane, and mine cyst decided to show up. We had to evacuate and hospitals, doctor's offices, stores were closing for the hurricane. Luckly I was able to get squeezed in with my doctor, but she couldn't help me because mine was still deep and she couldn't open to draine. She put me on antibiotics. I was in so much pain over the weekend and my boyfriend felt terrible and started looking things up. He saw your post and he helped me do it. The timing was a little different than yours, but it worked. Girls it works! I wish you good luck to you and to the people that are still dealing with bartolin cysts
