Not sure how old you are.... I am 61
Anxiety kicked in last January. Has been awful. All kinds of symptoms.
What has your doctor said about this.

Had IBS for 3 years, I have had all the invasive tests, and my gastro consultant said IBS. My GP is not very good.
My diet is poor, trying a fodmap diet at the moment.
Have you got IBS ?
Are you in the UK

I turned 60 this July and a week later it all started up again I also have issues with some atrophy going on which was really painful but getting on top of that one now with using Replens and vitamin e oil. I have inflammation issues around my ribcage so using ice for that and had a uti that wouldn't go away and had to take two lots of antibiotics to clear that one only to end up with yeast ...I haven't even spoke to the doctor about the anxiety but he says yep it's all hormonal and smiles, some of them just don't get it that we feel like we are going to lose our minds....when I think about these last few months i have to laugh because even I think "are you kidding me another symptom " ... I thought once I hit my 60's it would be smooth sailing but nope not to be... but that day is coming I'm holding on to that thought but oh gosh I wish it would hurry up

I have rib pain, my GP got a chest X-ray that was ok.
So she said I have costochondritis.
Replens will look at that
Thanks

Oh my gosh, you have had alot going on. I don't seem to get concrete ailments (if that makes sense) except in February started having tachycardia (SVT). I had an unsuccessful ablation done. So at this point I just live with it. Never know when it will kick in. All my stuff is anxiety symptions which I think is worse.
I see other ladies go through life with out any problems. I am so happy for them yet I just don't get it

yes I know how you feel I feel the same way anxiety for me is th very worst symptom of all because I believe it makes all the other symptoms much worse ...I can be great for days sometimes a few weeks then something will happen and I will stress myself to death over it with this health anxiety ...it's really hard some days just to function like a normal human being

Sage didn't work for me either. In fact the company told me if it hadn't worked after 3 months, it wasn't going to work. Trying Maca root now but too soon to see if it is doing anything. I am also 61
