HOT WEATHER !!

Hi All

How are all Fibro People coping with the heat we are experiencing at the moment?

I am finding it unbearable, as with already have heat in my body, the outdoors is unbearable.

I was at work today and our office has Air Conditioning and it felt great. Until, I finished work and left the building how HOT it really was outside. I have a 30 min walk to get home and I was toasted by the time I got home.

I am finding the pains in my hands are bad at the moment and I am also experiencing pains in my elbow areas too.

Staying calm and positive I am getting on with my day.

Stay cool and enjoy the natural vit D......cool

      Hi Kaz

Still not much sleep.  Pains are still here.  Have had a great day thou, it was my youngest son's yr 6 Graduation and disco and BBQ. It's so great to see how far all or the year group have grown over the last few years. It's end of a 14 year era for me as tomo will be my last day walking him to Junior school.  As from Sept he will become independent to go with friends on local transport to his new secondary school.

Hopefully, I can get some sleep tonight.  Look forward to your mallet treatment on Saturday. cheesygrin

Gentle hugs and hope you are feeling better today with your pains. wink x
