HOW I CURED MY BV!

Hello ladies ! There are many women who suffer from the horrible condition known as BV. I struggled with it for about 3-4 months now and I finally found my cure and I think this will work for a lot of ladies which is why I want to share it all with you ! This is something I came up with myself and it worked ! When I was first diagnosed with it I was prescribed Flagyl and it came right back when I stopped taking the medicine and I got a nasty yeast infection from it. I tried apple cider vinegar and the yogurt tampon thingy, and hydrogen peroxide. It all just worked temporarily. I could still smell the fishy smell after sex, and I still had really watery and annoying discharge. I didn't know what else to do and being around people became such a burden and i was so imbarrassed because of the smell. cry

So finally I looked into the supplements and I went to Walmart and bought two small bottles of acidophilus for about 10-12$. It was 1 billion active cultures each pill. I kept taking the pill orally everyday. Some days I would take like 6 pills.(after i realized women were taking other pills with 10 billion active cultures !) 

IT STILL WASNT WORKING ENOUGH FOR ME ! I COULD STILL SMELL THE FISHY SMELL LINGERING SO I THOUGHT WELL HOW ABOUT THIS!

I took 1 DOUCHE CONTAINER

3-4 ACIDOPHILUS PILLS CRUSHED INTO POWDER

I dumped the powder into the empty douche container carefully (might want to make a small cone so you wont make a mess pouring it in container) and then I added lukewarm/cold water (not hot ! this will kill the good bacteria ). I kept swirling it around to activate the cultures. I sat on the toilet and squirted all those little buggers in there. I held in the liquid as long as I could(3-5 mins) with my vaginal muscles and pinching my lips around the nozzle so the liquid wouldnt just all fall out as soon as being in there.

I did this for 2-3 days and one day after having sex with my boyfriend we noticed the smell was completely gone eek ! I havent had a smell or any watery discharge in a week so far and I am so happy my last attempt worked! 

I would still take some orally just to kind of work the insides of the body even more plus its good for your immune system. Another thing I think helped a lot is DRINKING LOTS OF WATER! I hate water but my body health was way more important ! 

This is all I did and now I am BV free. I now also drink lots of fruit juices now. REAL FRUIT JUICES with vitamins! not the ones with just sugar and corn starch. Ladies try it and  see how it goes. cheesygrin

    I’ve finally been cure for what I thought was recurring BV. Only 20yrs old at the time, July of 2016, I thought my life was over when it had really just begun . I’ve had numerous doctors visits & I was always prescribed Flagyl alone, which only seemed to cure my infection 2weeks max & the smell returned. Back & forth between my primary physician & my local health clinic, I had just about given up; I just knew it was nearly impossible for no one to have an answer as to why this had gone on so long.. so 01/04/18,  I decided to try out my local hospital E.R., praying for a different outcome & I did!! The hospital was able to take a urine culture resulting in me having a UTI (I never knew an UTI could have you smell so bad down low). I was prescribed Cipro & once again flagyl, both two daily for 10 days. However, I only took the cipro for 10 days & took the flagyl only the first day, 4tabs by mouth at once. It has been a little over a month & everything is back to normal. I am now INFECTION FREE!!! & I couldn’t be any happier 😁 good luck to the ladies who decides to give their E.R. a chance to change their life & make them normal again. Luckily, wherever the hospital labs are sent, it has a way of dectecting exactly what the bacteria is you have & the proper meds to treat it. Good luck ladies!!

    Wow!!!! Thank you sooo... much! I did exactly as you recommended and it seemed to work instantly! I'm on day 5 now and still absolutely nothing!!! Thank you again.

    Hey I was wondering I've been dealing with this junk for over s year now and I really wanna be cured so you just got whatever been acidophilus from Walmart and did this with also I've never douched in my life before where can you get a douche thank you so much for sharing and replying

    Oh please don't do that! I know how that feels! And this does work! I'm in the UK and use holland and Barrat 3 billion strength capsules. Holland and Barratt are a health food chain here but any will do just make sure theybare capsules (so you can easily get to the powder insidr)and the bacteria level is high.Dont mix with hot water as this will kill the friendly bacteria. 

    Also take folic acid supplements orally whilst you do the acidophilus paste.

    But please do a bit of googling about it and read about it as it'll make you feel better and you'll have all the info so you feel confident with it.

    My issue is due to being overweight (from pcos, hashimotos, hormone issues) and tight muscles that make it hard to maneuver, I can’t do this and when I use a deuce it comes flying right back out, my muscles aren’t tight enough to hold it in. I’m wondering if I could do it while lying down some how and hope I can keep it in. I been doing a thick paste and rubbing it around the area at night and I just got some folic acid to start taking. I did the boric acid capsule one night but due to being wrong capsule or very dry down there from menopause it didn’t dissolve and luckily it came out. But I plan to get the right capsule that’ll dislike and do it again. I’m getting a bit better and I’m continuing to work this out.

    I've never used a douche so. It sure how wide it is but try and make it  as thick as you can and  you need to get the mixture right up there and yes lie down! I always did it before bed.

    Maybe I could put in a syringe so I can squirt it in because if it’s super thick I’m not sure it’d come out of a deuce.

    just started this today, also been having BV for about 3-4 months. got the spring valley Acidophilus 30 capsules with 1 billion active cultures in each pill . took 3 by mouth & did the douche for 5 mins . only Day 1 and noticing a slight change in discharge and smell . progression! will keep updated, gonna do it for 2-3 days . so far so good.

      What kind of  douche did you do and did you make one last for 5 minutes? I add a capsule of borax and acidophilus internally and folic acid acidophilus orally and I’m noticed huge results.

      i used an old douche bottle with 4 crushed caplets of acidophilus & cool water. and no lol one didn’t last for five minutes, i fill the douche about halfway with water and half of the bottle lasts me for that five mins. ! one halfway filled douche bottle should do two 5 minute treatments! how long have you been doing it to notice results? and have they stayed consistent?

      NO ! It only helped , what cured me was standard bv treatment followed by 7 days of BORIC ACID SUPPOSITORIES placed in my vagina as far up in there as i can get it each night....COMPLETELY CURED , SMELL FREE & DISCHARGE FREE!! i highly recommend the boric acid suppositories , havent had a problem with smell ever since.File size is too big

    Hi lia, I know this forum is super old, but I was wondering if anyone could help me out I brought Acidophilus in pill form to put this method to the test because I to suffer from BV and I have off and on since high school. I purchased from my local drug store but mines is only 100 million per pill. Is this sufficient enough to do the trick? I really need to know.
