Hi ladies,
I just brought a bottle of St. John's Wort today, to help with depression and anxiety. How long do you have to take it before you notice anything?

And read more than 1 article ......when you do read up....remember that Webmd is controlled by the government.....so they usually give a negative review on everything.
5-HTP has a Prozac effect.....I have 4 friends who quit the drug because of how good it works.
The reason I'm here is because I just started SJW and wanted to see how quickly it works.
