How Long does it take for the an irritated urethra to heal on its own?

I made a huge mistake of masturbsting and drinking lots of water when I finished ejaculating and urinating soon after. I felt a painful burning sensation around my penis for a while but that quickly subsided but left a constant burning irritarion in my urethra that hasn t left since. Its only been a couple of days but I really want to treat/soothe this asap. Is there any remedies, ointments, or medication I can use to treat this or should I just leave it alone/ not masturbate and hopefully goes away after a couple of days/weeks? Im not circumcised btw

Similar problems here too. Been going on for 2 months now. Started off with my pee hole being sealed up like glue, its a nightmare when peeing as its shoots everywhere. In the morning white/yellow discharge comes out but from peeing through the day clears it. The clear discharge comes out constanly and makes me penis stick to my boxers, burns/stings when peeing and after... totally not fun! Been to the sexual health clinic maybe 6 times during the 2 months - they have tested me for every bacteria and all are negative. I have taken 3 courses of anti-biotics (including some combined anti-biotics) and none worked... it has got better for maybe 6 days on who occasions but when I masturbate... comes back?! Waiting one more test result for a rare bacteria but getting send to the Urologist. If you're reading this with the same issue, you're not alone. It sucks... wondering if i'm not giving it enough time to heal or if there is something else going on inside my penis. I feel like I can pin-point the pain. I just want it to go! ugh!

i'm actually on the combined 3 antibiotics right now but comtemplating of not getting them if it will result in nothing , antibiotis are not very good especially if the exact cause of it is not known and everything comes back negative .
