Sometimes I wonder if all this is in my head. I've been consumed by ibs related garbage for so long now I feel I'm always "waiting for" or "feel" every niggle or twinge tied up with my food moving through my system 
am I alone here ?

Recently I had eaten something that gave me massive pains and alot of bloating and I could feel the intestines pushing the motions along, it was really weird as I had not felt like that before
