Ah bless you I totally get what you are going through.

I can say though that I am more able bodied again at present as the warmer weather has helped.

Easier said than done but please don't be so hard on yourself and it is great that you thought to seek support and advice as soon as you felt frustrated rather than sitting feeling isololated.

Keep focusing on a day at a time as cheesy as it sounds but bite size pieces with any challenge are the way to go. Keep a diary so you are able to source any particular triggers (mine are weather, and certain foods). Keep asking questions, never be afraid to ask.

    It will get easier :-)

Hi...All you can do is take each day as it comes. I were diagnosed 3 years ago, and it has definatly got worse...I just potter  doing a little leaving alot. my husband does things like hoovering under furniture, wiping skirtings, giving the bathrooms a good clean etc. I used to love gardening, but can only do a few light jibs for half hour them I am absolutly worn out. I have had terrible pain and soreness in my knees but still try and take myself for a short stroll daily, better than sitting in a chair all day. Cheer up, and keep moving. And keep coming on here its great..Regards..Anne..
