HOW TO CURE ANAL FISSURE QUICKLY...

Hi Everyone - I can tell you how to cure Anal Fissure's quickly...

Firstly, my experience was horrible just like everyone else. I have read that it can be more painful than childbirth! Mine started from an overly large bowel movement that ripped me in 3 places. The pain was so bad that i passed out on my bathroom floor with blood and feecies hanging out of me when i woke up. The doctor gave me suppositories and anasthetic cream but nothing was working. I have concucted a reigime that has cured it in nearly three days. When i read on forums that it can take a few weeks i said to my self 'There is no way im living with this pain for that long'! EVERYTHING HURTS.... Sneezing, Laughing, Coughing, Walking, Sitting, Lying down... the list goes on... follow these steps and it cleared up 3 days.

1. Your going to need a few things from the shop - The first is Anusol Cream (despite people saying its not as good as preperation H and other stuff its has worked wonders for this reigime and is designed for anal fissures and hemeroids. The second is COCONUT OIL (MAGIC STUFF).... Anchient chinese cultures still use this to heal wounds of all kinds and this really was the turn around stuff for me. Thirdly... Ibuprofen for temporary pain relief and lastly Dulcolax tablets... I will show you how to use all these products for a quick repair in a minute...

2. Psychology ... DO NOT sit at home and wollow in pain and sadness. Go to work, see your friends, live a normal life but be careful. Positive mentality keeps you relaxed and promotes healing. When i was at work i barely felt any pain because i was so distracted, but when i was at home it was constant pain. Make sure you do this, im certain this has really helped. Also do not be affraid to tell people exactly whats wrong with you, i have found great amusment talking to people about it and 6/7 of the people i spoke to had been sufferers too, its nice to know your not the only one and you can see them well and happy!

Here is my reigime that saved me:

1. The night before take 1-2 of the Dulcolax, it doesnt kick in until the morning but you need this so you dont damage yourself further. It is not a laxative it makes it all soft and squidgy and it just falls outta you. Minimal pain.

2. In the morning your gonna need to have a bowel movement, before you do. Run a bath and put a few table spoons of cocnut oil in it. (hot bath), then have your bowel movement. Mine was too painful to wipe so as soon as i finished i hopped in the bath and the water IMMEDIATELY relives the pain (BLISS).. and the coconut oil moisturises and heals. Stay in there for a good 10-20 minutes and then i promise you it wont be hurting as much now so now you can apply the anusol cream.

3. Before you head off to work or start your day, take 2 ibuprofen. After all this, it will sting a little but by day 3 you can barely feel anything.

4. Make sure you take your ibuprofen after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had high fibre cereal for breakfast, water all day normal lunch and whatever for dinner.

5. Make sure you re-apply cream if you have a bowel movement during the day. I tried to just have one in the morning so i could not aggrovate my anus too much.

6. After dinner, take your ibuprofen, run a bath with coconut oil and just sit and relax for as long as you can (make sure you put NOTHING in your bath except the cocnut oil as soaps and stuff can dry you out and make it worse).

7. Before bed, take your dulcolax again drink plenty of water and get good nights sleep.

This regime has fixed me in 2 1/2 days pretty much which i found amazing (i think it was the cocnut oil, which stings like a bitch but is AMAZING, i doesnt numb pain but it promotes healing). I am so pleased to be living a normal life again so quickly as i thought i would never be the same again. It is really important you dont fester at home doing nothing as it will only make it worse, go out, see the world and forget that its there.

Hope this helps people as it has really helped me and i wanted to share this with others.

Hope you all feel better soon! Keep smiling and never give up!!

Peace & Love

Hi Morris, I just had Lateral Internal Sphincteronomy surgery over three weeks now, my surgeon who did the surgery tells me this takes some time to heal, but didnt exactly give me an exact realisitic time frame. First he said one-2 wks, now its 4-6 weeks. But my BM are more than before the surgery, and it sucks becasue its not just hours of pain its days of pain after this surgery.  So I just went out and bought the cocunut oil and Anusol.  Just had a sitz bath. Im gonna pray this works. I will let you know that stat. Thank you for sharing your healing treatment.

Thank you guys for all of your advice. I have suffered for the last 18months with pain becoming worst each month with more fissure showing up on my anal.

However I took the advice of the people in this forum and let me tell you it was right on. I got immediate relief and its been a week now and I have been able to enjoy a smooth flow now. thank you all.

Hi Morris, I am glad that you have the perfect solution for the said matter, I am also a patient of the hemorrhoid fissure, whenever I feel the pain I do sitz bath with betadine solution + salt in the water (10-15 mins). After dinner I take dulcoflex and brufen  {400mg} (thrice a day) and anobliss cream before and after bowel movement.

It really helps me a lot. I can go to my work/friends. Helps me to live a normal life.

I suggest if you got healed up by the process, do not stop the sitz bath (do atleast 2-3 times in a week).

Please guys don't go for the surgery because it can be happen again but if you don't want to face the problem again just avoid fried/oily street foods. Eat green and healthy foods/fruits.

Take care of yourself guys and there is no shame for this kind of disease.

I am so glad I found this discussion. I am going to start with the coconut oil ASAP.

I have had my most recent AF for almost three months. I also have terrible hemorrhoids. I am currently breastfeeding and am a diabetic (controlled by diet). I also have a limited diet due to food allergies. I am eating prunes, taking fiber, stool softeners and drinking plenty of water but I can't get my stools soft enough to heal. I am going crazy. My doctor is useless, I just need advice. What is safe to take that will make my stools softer? I don't want to pass anything to my baby. Should I try to get a referral to a gastrointestinal specialist? Thanks everyone!

    Hi Morris,

Thank you so much for this posting. I was in horrible pain for over a week and then found your note. This helped me so much, took me about a week but the coconut oil was the key! I ended up taking stool softners (3 a day) instead of the Dulcolax. I applied the coconut oil through out the day, which really helped making moving around more comfortable. I took numerous baths with coconut oil during the day too. Having smooth skin was a bonus too. Anyone dealing with a painful anal fissure should use coconut oil. The relief is immediate.

Hello everyone I have been suffering from fissures for about 8-9 years. I take ibuprofen daily, use coconut oil daily, (applied directly to the anus and use in the bath). I find if I use regular toilet paper it causes me more pain so I use flushable wipes. I also take a stool softener and about of half a bottle of magnesium citrate a couple times a week. Yet I still find myself in agony most days. I've gone to numerous doctors I've had colonoscopys done and nothing can be found. I know for a fact I have an issue with fissures but I cannot find any relief or remedy. My question is what kind of doctor would I need to see to discuss get surgery done? Thank you for your time. Hope everyone is well

      Hi there,

I believe it would be a colorectal surgeon you would want to see.

You have my sympathies and I am trying to comprehend how someone could cope with this for 8 or 9 years - just 2 or 3 months nearly killed me.  What a horrible thing to have issues with - you ust be pretty brave.

I hope you get relief soon, and for good

Hi, definitely a Colorectal surgeon you will need to see.

Where abouts are you? I am in the North of England and seen a Mr Kalbassi who is a leading specialist in this field and has been doing it for 20 years. He suggested Botox and would advise this as next step before surgery as this is a last resort.

I'm now 8 days post op and am seeing benefits now after a few days of swelling and he told me my fissure was a very deep one.

I'm just now getting my diet right and stools soft enough so that it's not causing more damage so hopefully it has worked.

Ah I see! He works in hospitals where I live but there is bound to be someone who you would be able to see over there the size of the place!

That's another reason I wanted to be fixed as I'm going over there in 2 weeks.

First off... pray for healing and don't ever give up! I had a fissure for six years! I was so drepressed with all the pain! This is the strategy I used with the help of a friend and a doctor. ( the creams the doctor had me try did NOT work...and I even tried starving myself and doing a juice fast!)

Then I finally got into this pattern which I believe healed me!

Fissure Control oil- takes the pain away for a while, applied 3-4 times a day (Find it on Amazon)

    1Colace at night

Prune juice- warm in the morning and at night 1/2 cup (not too much)

Psylluim husk- just a pinch in the prune juice or other juice, but only if you need it, the Colace maybe all you need.

Vegan Diet- meat stresses the body out...do your research on veganism and come off meat SLOWLY.

Eat: quinoa and rice and lentils and other beans, fruits and salads, also yams,

sweet potatoes and potatoes- are easy for the body to digest. ( research chinese medicine in dealing with fissures...they have helpful information.)

    optional- Fish oil- for depression

Take it slow. Starving myself didn't work for me...had to keep bowels moving 2x a day and very soft.

Squat- when pooping, you may need to start pooping in a low bowl.

Valium suppositories- these work wonders- ask a docotor about them, they help relax the area amazingly well.

I hope this helps someone, not suffer the way i did.

Baths- warm baths 2-3 times a day

can add Epson salts to baths and 1-2 drops of essential oils like lavender or frankenscense with coconut oil in the bath.

      Hope this helps.

Thank you very much! I will give this a try. Its so relieving hearing other peoples testimonials. I've dealt with this pain for so long it's gotten to the point where I've felt like I'll be this way forever. My depression is so severe I was just discussing this with my fiancé. I've thought of multiple ways to just end my life cause I'm in constant misery. I find myself with an extremely short fuze and just upset or angry for the extent of my pain which typically lasts about 8-12 hours after my bowel movement. Most times my pain is so severe I can't even sleep. 4 hours of sleep of night has become my norm. I'm only 28 years old and I feel like I'm 80. Something has to give. Taking meat out of my diet is the only thing I see myself having trouble with because I do love a good roast or BBQ chicken. I really look forward to trying this thank you.

Hi Joe, consider my method as well. Like you I had pain for half the day. I'm in my early 40s, you're much younger so you'll heal even faster than I did.

The key is discipline, diet and technique/treatment. Also don't stop using the treatment once you improve. It takes a good month or two to properly heal so keep using the treatment even once the pain has stopped.

I also reached a point of despair like you-but don't give up. Use all the knowledge people posted here, something is bound to work for you. My method gave me excellent results...I'm feeling great right now, like I did before I got my fissure, but I will continue my treatment for another 2 mths so I'm sure it's healed and then I'll be more relaxed. Good luck.
