HOW TO CURE ANAL FISSURE QUICKLY...

Hi Everyone - I can tell you how to cure Anal Fissure's quickly...
Firstly, my experience was horrible just like everyone else. I have read that it can be more painful than childbirth! Mine started from an overly large bowel movement that ripped me in 3 places. The pain was so bad that i passed out on my bathroom floor with blood and feecies hanging out of me when i woke up. The doctor gave me suppositories and anasthetic cream but nothing was working. I have concucted a reigime that has cured it in nearly three days. When i read on forums that it can take a few weeks i said to my self 'There is no way im living with this pain for that long'! EVERYTHING HURTS.... Sneezing, Laughing, Coughing, Walking, Sitting, Lying down... the list goes on... follow these steps and it cleared up 3 days.
1. Your going to need a few things from the shop - The first is Anusol Cream (despite people saying its not as good as preperation H and other stuff its has worked wonders for this reigime and is designed for anal fissures and hemeroids. The second is COCONUT OIL (MAGIC STUFF).... Anchient chinese cultures still use this to heal wounds of all kinds and this really was the turn around stuff for me. Thirdly... Ibuprofen for temporary pain relief and lastly Dulcolax tablets... I will show you how to use all these products for a quick repair in a minute...
2. Psychology ... DO NOT sit at home and wollow in pain and sadness. Go to work, see your friends, live a normal life but be careful. Positive mentality keeps you relaxed and promotes healing. When i was at work i barely felt any pain because i was so distracted, but when i was at home it was constant pain. Make sure you do this, im certain this has really helped. Also do not be affraid to tell people exactly whats wrong with you, i have found great amusment talking to people about it and 6/7 of the people i spoke to had been sufferers too, its nice to know your not the only one and you can see them well and happy!
Here is my reigime that saved me:
1. The night before take 1-2 of the Dulcolax, it doesnt kick in until the morning but you need this so you dont damage yourself further. It is not a laxative it makes it all soft and squidgy and it just falls outta you. Minimal pain.
2. In the morning your gonna need to have a bowel movement, before you do. Run a bath and put a few table spoons of cocnut oil in it. (hot bath), then have your bowel movement. Mine was too painful to wipe so as soon as i finished i hopped in the bath and the water IMMEDIATELY relives the pain (BLISS).. and the coconut oil moisturises and heals. Stay in there for a good 10-20 minutes and then i promise you it wont be hurting as much now so now you can apply the anusol cream.
3. Before you head off to work or start your day, take 2 ibuprofen. After all this, it will sting a little but by day 3 you can barely feel anything.
4. Make sure you take your ibuprofen after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had high fibre cereal for breakfast, water all day normal lunch and whatever for dinner.
5. Make sure you re-apply cream if you have a bowel movement during the day. I tried to just have one in the morning so i could not aggrovate my anus too much.
6. After dinner, take your ibuprofen, run a bath with coconut oil and just sit and relax for as long as you can (make sure you put NOTHING in your bath except the cocnut oil as soaps and stuff can dry you out and make it worse).
7. Before bed, take your dulcolax again drink plenty of water and get good nights sleep.
This regime has fixed me in 2 1/2 days pretty much which i found amazing (i think it was the cocnut oil, which stings like a bitch but is AMAZING, i doesnt numb pain but it promotes healing). I am so pleased to be living a normal life again so quickly as i thought i would never be the same again. It is really important you dont fester at home doing nothing as it will only make it worse, go out, see the world and forget that its there.
Hope this helps people as it has really helped me and i wanted to share this with others.
Hope you all feel better soon! Keep smiling and never give up!!
Peace & Love

I've been suffering from a fissure for almost 8 months. I was initially prescribed an ointment but after several weeks I was still experiencing minor symptoms (mostly just a scratchy feeling during bowel movements and occasional blood after wiping). My doctor wanted me to get surgery but it seemed like an extreme solution for something that wasn't causing much pain. I decided to get a second opinion.
The second doctor seemed much better, actually took the time to talk to me and explain things. He prescribed the same ointment with an added ingredient (I don't know them off the top of my head but I think it's the standard), told me to apply it 3 times a day. After another couple of months I was still experiencing the same minor symptoms. I went for a follow up a few weeks ago and he still did not think surgery would be necessary, but to keep up with the ointment and start a high fibre diet for the next 3-6 months.
The NEXT day I developed an extreme reaction to the ointment. Zinc oxide cream and antihistamines helped, but now my doctor is telling me to stop using the ointment all together. My only options now are botox (which is not covered and I don't have insurance) or surgery. The doctor was very against the idea of surgery because it could cause problems for me in future (pregnancy /childbirth ). I'd like to avoid the $1000 it would cost for botox injections.
Has anyone had such a long lasting fissure? It still only causes mild discomfort. I'm trying a high fibre diet but I'm starting to feel really stressed and depressed with my situation.

I wish I had a good answer for you. I can only tell you that I have been dealing with this Fischer for 3 months now and it has caused such extreme pain that my life has come to a screeching hault. I've had the Botox injections which only lasted days for me then the extreme pain returned. I've just had surgery on Monday. I have hurt very bad but today I feel better. I've started taking my pain medicine around the clock as to stay ahead of the pain. I'm well beyond the age of having children but my suggestion would be to listen to your Dr. and don't do anything that could complicate having children in the future.

That's a long time! Does anyone else have hemmorhoids and fissures at the same time? I seem to have tissue that comes out when I have a BM and then I have to push it all back in. I believe this, plus hemmorhoids are causing the anus to be stretched way too much causing the fissure. I have regular BMs and I don't seem to have a problem going to the bathroom. I do remember some days I push a little. But last time I had this much pain, it went away after about 8 weeks. I'm approaching 8 weeks this time and I thought it was getting better but then it just got severely worse again. I too, would take a bullet to end this pain too! It's too much!

The botox only lasted days? The doctor said it would last up to 6 months but that's only a temporary solution. But perhaps it would be a good solution to do while I'm waiting for the surgery as I'm suffering a little from time to time. Sometimes as much as I was before but still way less. I just can't wait for surgery and to be all better after the recovery.

I used it for about a week during a flare up in November and it was soothing and helped with the pain. All of them are supposed to be healing so I figured I'd throw them all together since I had them. I'm in Canada, so to buy them all is about $30-35. The neem is 30ml and about $15, calendual is the same size and about $9 and the coconut oil is cheap. It makes quite a bit and it's not like the valeline ointment I also used. No itchiness and it leaves my skin feeling normal.

Oops, forgot the Manuka honey. That's expensive. I think 250ml is about $30 but I use the highest ranking one I can find.
And I don't use equal parts. I used a 1:1 ratio of calendula and coconut oil and probably a teaspoon of manuka honey and twenty drops of neem. I made a 1/3 cup of mixture. I wasn't paying too close attention to measurements.
I still have a lot of everything.

You know I'm not even sure if I have a fissure, its my second diagnosis in as many months, all I know is I'm miserable, had to leave work cause I couldn't stay out of the bathroom. the dr gave me nitro bid and I've used it 3x's and I feel like crap, it does nothing for my anual pain but I get a massave head ache, my right arm gets shooting, stabing burning pain I get sweaty hot then cold.
Tomorrow I'm going to drag myself to a different hospital . the pain is so intense I told my husband I'd take a bullet to the head for relief. Speaking of husband, he's not much help, js

I know the feeling alone feeling, I'm glad I found this blog. It sure helps. I made it to the other hospital I'd took an hour and half for a 30min. Trip and half a day waiting. But I was finally seen although there wasn't much they could do the Dr is going to see about getting a colonoscopy (sp) done hopefully wed's.
Me being this way sure has caused a financial hardship for me and my husband, thank God my kids are grown

Thank God I was able to work from home but it was very hard. I would take pain meds and sit on heating pads and take breaks to soak in the tub and nothing helped . I've had to fissures in my lifetime and both times I've had surgery and it was the only thing that saved my way of living. Like I said no one understood because no one ever went through what I went through . I hope you feel better soon

I was woken up from the pain at 1am just the other night and this is not how I want to live either. I'm seeing a specialist at the hospital in 2 weeks and I can't wait to have the surgery. But I've read somewhere you can lose control of your bowel movements little accidents after the surgery. Is that true? Has anyone experienced that?

Did you ever try the botox? how much does it cost if you did. I've read people only experienced a difference for a few days then things went back to the pain they felt before.
