HOW TO CURE ANAL FISSURE QUICKLY...

Hi Everyone - I can tell you how to cure Anal Fissure's quickly...

Firstly, my experience was horrible just like everyone else. I have read that it can be more painful than childbirth! Mine started from an overly large bowel movement that ripped me in 3 places. The pain was so bad that i passed out on my bathroom floor with blood and feecies hanging out of me when i woke up. The doctor gave me suppositories and anasthetic cream but nothing was working. I have concucted a reigime that has cured it in nearly three days. When i read on forums that it can take a few weeks i said to my self 'There is no way im living with this pain for that long'! EVERYTHING HURTS.... Sneezing, Laughing, Coughing, Walking, Sitting, Lying down... the list goes on... follow these steps and it cleared up 3 days.

1. Your going to need a few things from the shop - The first is Anusol Cream (despite people saying its not as good as preperation H and other stuff its has worked wonders for this reigime and is designed for anal fissures and hemeroids. The second is COCONUT OIL (MAGIC STUFF).... Anchient chinese cultures still use this to heal wounds of all kinds and this really was the turn around stuff for me. Thirdly... Ibuprofen for temporary pain relief and lastly Dulcolax tablets... I will show you how to use all these products for a quick repair in a minute...

2. Psychology ... DO NOT sit at home and wollow in pain and sadness. Go to work, see your friends, live a normal life but be careful. Positive mentality keeps you relaxed and promotes healing. When i was at work i barely felt any pain because i was so distracted, but when i was at home it was constant pain. Make sure you do this, im certain this has really helped. Also do not be affraid to tell people exactly whats wrong with you, i have found great amusment talking to people about it and 6/7 of the people i spoke to had been sufferers too, its nice to know your not the only one and you can see them well and happy!

Here is my reigime that saved me:

1. The night before take 1-2 of the Dulcolax, it doesnt kick in until the morning but you need this so you dont damage yourself further. It is not a laxative it makes it all soft and squidgy and it just falls outta you. Minimal pain.

2. In the morning your gonna need to have a bowel movement, before you do. Run a bath and put a few table spoons of cocnut oil in it. (hot bath), then have your bowel movement. Mine was too painful to wipe so as soon as i finished i hopped in the bath and the water IMMEDIATELY relives the pain (BLISS).. and the coconut oil moisturises and heals. Stay in there for a good 10-20 minutes and then i promise you it wont be hurting as much now so now you can apply the anusol cream.

3. Before you head off to work or start your day, take 2 ibuprofen. After all this, it will sting a little but by day 3 you can barely feel anything.

4. Make sure you take your ibuprofen after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had high fibre cereal for breakfast, water all day normal lunch and whatever for dinner.

5. Make sure you re-apply cream if you have a bowel movement during the day. I tried to just have one in the morning so i could not aggrovate my anus too much.

6. After dinner, take your ibuprofen, run a bath with coconut oil and just sit and relax for as long as you can (make sure you put NOTHING in your bath except the cocnut oil as soaps and stuff can dry you out and make it worse).

7. Before bed, take your dulcolax again drink plenty of water and get good nights sleep.

This regime has fixed me in 2 1/2 days pretty much which i found amazing (i think it was the cocnut oil, which stings like a bitch but is AMAZING, i doesnt numb pain but it promotes healing). I am so pleased to be living a normal life again so quickly as i thought i would never be the same again. It is really important you dont fester at home doing nothing as it will only make it worse, go out, see the world and forget that its there.

Hope this helps people as it has really helped me and i wanted to share this with others.

Hope you all feel better soon! Keep smiling and never give up!!

Peace & Love

I had an anal fissure two years ago.. it was chronic and extremely painfull.and I was told I have to do surgery but i didnt ..

the solution according to my experience is couple of steps:

    most important:

Use Movicol every day for 3 or 4 months.

Use glycerin suppository every day for 1 month then use it when needed.

    it helps to :

drink alot of water and eat fiber

I have heard people talking about drinking prune juice but I dont like that but do like prunes would that be the same and help too.

I get soooooooooooo bloated from the fiber

    Easy solution :

I have suffered from fissures like most of you and have tried everything under the sun to cure it. The easiest solution was taking 1000mg of magnesium twice a day in tablet form and it starts healing from day one and within a week or less should be gone.

Another solution that worked okay was by applying carmax to the fissure and taking vitamin c with zinc "effervescent" 2-3 times a day.

I am not a doctor nor a medical professional, I just found out that this worked for me and it works every time it opens up because of occasional constipation. You can ask your doctor if this is safe for you.

I had the same problem. This is the way how I cured. This occurs due to large hard stool. Avoid food that makes stool hard, especially protein sources, coffee, chocolate. Drink plenty of water, milk, eat papaya yogurt after every meal. Do not stay at one position for a long period of time like sitting. Laxatives also very helpful for soften stool I used Lactulose Syrup 10ml after every 3 meals. Good sleep is a must. For fast heal keep fissure area clean and dry.

    Hope this helpful for someone.

To any and all who are willing to listen and hopefully help. I have been dealing with a fissure for 3 and half months, first because the doctor said it was this then that then hey its a fissure. Anyway, two weeks ago I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy to rule out any other issue and thatnk God all seemed normal except for a few non cancerous polyps, during the procedure and after is when they confirmed the fissure. I am in constant pain from the time I wake up until I go to sleep; I have tried many things including some that are mentioned here which I am very thankful to all but nothing seems to help, especially with the pain. One thing I had always said, with mine at least there was never any bleeding so I thought mine was better than most, well today after again thinking positive, I had blood for the first time and it has put me into depression mode, thinking now its gotten worse when I thought it may be getting better, tired of hurting every day and being a burden to others, not living life, can't work, don't want to eat, don;t want to use the restroom, cry and cry with pain, feel like a wuss and this is most imbarassing thing ever which makes it difficult to talk to anyone about it, anyway, I really am into natural living and healing but at my end trying, I can do surgery but really did not want to but Im going crazy and my job is high profile and non stop, just cant deal with this anymore. Really thank all of you that post, you help more than you know, if anything  its good people to be able to at least talk about the issue, thanks again and if anyone has suggestions for pain please let me know, sincerely, emotional wreck

I have had two fissures in my life and surgery for both. They were about 15 years apart. Most recent surgery was Dec.30,2017. Surgery was the best option for me. After recovering pain is gone and no residual problems. Hope you get better. Fissures are the worste !!!!!

Have you tried the specialized cream you can get from a doctor?

      Hey Unionjohn,

Yes, I know how you feel. I broke down in tears a few times from the pain and suffering. After reading all the comments about surgery, I think that's what I want to do. My doctor said it won't be 100% better but it sure will be better than what I'm living with now. And he's said that most people will say they regret not doing it sooner. So I'm headed down the surgery road. You should too. Also, I find motrin helped and soaking in a warm bath with some coconut oil helped too.

I had two surgeries 15 years apart and I was a 100% better after each one. Good luck.

I just came back from the specialist and they're fitting me in for surgery withint 3 months. Might be longer or shorter than that time frame but I can't wait. He said all my issues will be fixed and I should be good to go after 3 weeks after.

I probably have asked this before but just curious how the recovery was. Was it day surgery? Were you able to sit up during your recovery? I asked the doctor about the recovery and he says it heals beautifully due to laxatives they give you and soaking in warm baths help keep the area clean. He said after about 10 days people feel better but not enough to go to work. I'm just curious if I'll be laying down for most of that 10 days or can I move around?

Thank you very much, I do soak in coconut oil n if I could stay in there all day that would be great smile I'll try the Motrin n trying to get in for surgery this Monday or Tuesday. To the point of not wanting to eat, down to 122 lbs which is way below my average weight of 145 but hate using the restroom, hurts 24-7 n using increases pain to Top level. Anyway thank you very much.

John I had fissures on and off for 12 years.  Your pain is probably worse than childbirth because it goes on longer and I understand your despair.  I dont know if this helps but very slowly it got easier to bear as I discovered my own little ways of managing.  What helps one may not help another.  For me it has been trial and error with the GPs treatments and finding comfortable positions on the loo.  I found that actually passing motions into a bowel of warm water helped at one point and then I had to change it to bending over the side of the bath and passing motions into a bowl behind me with kneees bent slightly.  Anyone who wants to laugh right now please do and I will continue but please dont interrupt!  My most recent fissure has just gone...it was a struggle over 2 months during which i couldnt hold my water long as the cutting pain seemed to be as much in my waterworks as my bowel.  Whenever my bladder was filling my fissure kicked off badly.I dont drive and this made me fairly bound to areas where there is a public loo or helpful shop.  I do have a toilet card 'have to go'type message too.  Last week I was on the verge of accepting a sphincterotomy but had many reservations as I have had wound infections from other ops and I  am very reactive to strong painkillers and anesthetics.  One evening I braced myself for a poo..it passed moderately smoothly but then suddenly I felt something like being hit by a bullet in my rectum..I truly yelled and my husband was alarmed.  I ran for the soluble Solpadeine which I take sparingly and could hardly breath but shortly after i felt something more strange than painful in my butt..you know that feeling when you have a bit of poo or paper wadged in the cheeks well it was like that with a bit of stinging.  I wil give you leave to laugh again as I took a photo to find out what it was and it appeared the old sentinel skin tag thing from years back had filled up or had an erection!  Slightly sore but not unbearbale i applied Savlon.  It seemed whatever was now in the 1" sac of skin was what had been so agoanising when inside my rectum.  I think it had been stopping my faeces and gas from passing naturally.  Anyway it is better out than in and I am seeing my GP soon to discuss whether i need the thing removed or not.  I am taking Laxido once a day mid afternoon just in case.  It does not work for me taking it at night.  I keep my meals small and go for 2 mile walk whenever i can and occasionally eat a cube of coconut oil.  I was all ready booked for a ct scan in 10 weeks and will have it just in case anything is happening further up.  In my life I have prayed for many things but if I could be granted one wish in the rest of my life it would be never to have another fissure.  Sadly I also have TMJ whihc is anothe rof the most painful things known to man but at present I dont have that either and I had forgotten how it felt to get up and smile.

Dear Union John, You sound Exactly like me when i went through my fissure excrutiation , it went on for 4 years until finally they said oh its not hemmoroids its a fissure. I thought that fissure was the End of my life literally, i thought it was the end of me.. it took out so much of my energy and i had such strain in my eyes and face it was horrendous. I had the Surgery last year and after a few months i was bbetter and better. After one month really you start to feel the differnce of less pain... It is REALLY WORTH IT TO HAVE SURGERY. I tell Everybody on this SITE that Remedies can help for a moment BUT If you want to be cured Quicker.. Please consider the suregery. I told my doctors I WANT to have the surgery. After they kept telling me what to do to cure it on my own. DONE IT ALL.. Nothing Worked. You will feel Like a New person Agin after surgery... Take it from ME. Been there.. Cried every night and Paced myself for hours after going to the bathroom it took 8-hours for pain to go away after every stool. Cant believe it went on for so many years. Dont let that happen to you. Good luck my firend.

Oh and another thing, I Never Bled at all Either, not until the last few months befor i had surgery. Then i thought Ok i must have hemorroids. But it was definitely a fissure. External. Unbelievable. I have had hemmoroids back in 2007 I had surgery for that. But that was way less pain than a fissure. A fissure is by far the worst Anal pain EVER. My Hemoraoids never came back. In 2012 when i started getting anal pain again, I was SURE the hemorroids were back., Buut i got diagnosed, and nope they didnt find anything. Until last year a Hemorroid Dr. Just examined me in the room and seen the fissure. Cant believe it only took seconds for him to see it. It was external. What we have to go through. I really feel for anyone that has this. I Pray for everyone in pain from this. God Bless and heal quickly
