    It depends on how many years are you post meno. You can’t take hrt if you are more than 10 years post meno.

      Hi Vicky, is that you can't start taking it 10years post menopause or /and you can't continue to take it for more than 10 years post menopause? Thanks ? x

      I think the first Jackie, if you are 10 years post meno you cannot take it, it is more dangerous cause your body cannot adjust to hrt.

      i guess jun that you can have a low dose hrt. Ask for a second medical opinion. smile
