Had op this afternoon. All ok. Feeling bit sick and have headache, but glad it's over!! Staff fantastic!

    well done.  I was sick as was everyone else in the room the first day from the anesthetic.  All the pain meds made me sleep all the time, so the evening of the 2 nd day I took myself off all pain meds.  Felt much better after that.  Take care.

      Diane..how awful..I mean that everyone was sick..this is a dreadful and very life controlling phobia 0f mine.. fortunetly  taken seriously by my doctor and I was given anti sickness meds every four hours for 3 days.Most ignore this very real fear but accept needle phobia or spiders etc.  I paid to have my own you because of it!

    what kind of aneastesia did you go for ?    I am so thrilled for you - 

    we post-op hippies know what is coming eek - I'm kidding, of course ...

    good luck with your first physio session - baby steps ...

      Hi Renee - had mild GA and spinal jab - was fine. Just had Physio - she said I'm doing well 😊. I feel great, though I realise it won't be easy for a few weeks. Much easier here in hosp than at home I guess
