I am finding shopping malls seem to exacerbate my symptoms.

I know this sounds wierd but whenever I'm in a shopping mall I feel terrible.I feel dizzy,confused and sweat profusely. My legs feel like they are going to give out on me. I can't wait to get out. Has anyone else experienced this.

    Me exactly, especially when I go to pay I can get panicky and need to escape, small shops are better for me, but can still get panicky, yet a nice walk in the woods makes me calm and I never feel this way x

    Yes, experienced something similar several years ago: afraid of shopping malls, crowds, and being outside generally. It was peri/meno anxiety, and although it was very unpleasant, it did pass. Am 50 and don't experience this anymore.
