I am paranoid,Anxiety, scare. Breaking down for the pass 4days

I am concern about a sexual event with CSW 4 days ago at asian country...

1. A day before the encounter,near to the shaft of my penis, i got a pimples blackhead there, i went to squeeze.. did squeeze out abit of puss.. but i injured the skin on the surface. And got abrasion there.. about 3cm to 5cm away from the shaft of my penis. I am concern if will i get anything from the CSW.

2. She did oral me for 3 to 5sec.. i quickly ask her to put the condom on as i am scare that i may get stuff from her.. will this be a concern?

3. She sit on me .. will that cause the stds or hiv enter my body with the abrasion near to to penis??. I not sure if the abrasion area touches her viginal lips or touches her fuilds

... pls help to advice..

Now the abrasion area is so uncomfortable.

Water run through there will have pain.

Standing up or seating will feel the tinggling.

I now having diarrehea. And is water type.

Backache and feel so fatigue.

    actually went to see a doctor ..and i told him what happen.

    When he want to inspect and see the lesion but already dry. But when i told him is outside near to the shaft.. he give me a shock reply saying: Oh!! Is not inside the shaft or on the shalf..

    After he inspect, he said: i think i will just give u a 7days medicine just to kill whatever infections, just incase. And a cream for me to apply on the lesion area.

    7days : doxycycline 100mg

    Cream: BNP cream.

    And tells me to come back in 4months just to test....

    With this medications... even really if i have any infections will i be Cleared??

      I'm sure the dr knows best. Did they say what kind of infection they were clearing up? Did the person you were with have open lesions or any infection?? Be soooo careful from now on. You shouldn't need to feel this anxiety or worry just for a few mins of fun right? I know easier said than done. Please keep us posted. Wish you the best smile

      Doctor too said he can't diagnose right now.. just precautions to take the medication. Just to clear whatever infections I have if I am infected..

      For any sores or lesion on the CSW, I don't see any obvious on my eyes seen..

      I fully regretted , even since i am married, I don't go out and fool arn and this time really caught up with me.. regret, remorse and hate myself...if I hold my stands I won't be in this state...

      Just hope this will end fast... I am really..haiz...

      Now my fingers tips can feel tingling feeling... not sure if is the medication or whatever...I am so worried.....

      I'm willing to bet that the tingling is just anxiety dear. Try to take all the meds and keep your mind off of it. All infections don't mean the end of the road. I have a good feeling thighs will all work out. smile

      I feel you trust me. I had burning and tingling. Waited for me tests to come back. Negative on all but waiting I ended up in the hospital with a panic attack. It's an awful feeling

      I really hope nothing catches me ...

      Now my mind just wouldn't get off it..

      Cos now bodyache and side/back neck ache make me feeling my neck to see if got swollen, the finger tingling make me think..

      Diarrhea comes back after yesterday..

      Headache and weakness couldn't move along...

      That is making me like end of the world...

      I am so scared..but after ur words... I try to relax and not think and is better...thank you

      I know I thought any pain I had was associated to this as well. It could be something that easy to fix. Remember things could be so much worse. Try to live happy everyday God gives you

      I am assuming that CSW means Commercial Sex Worker, so the individual is a high risk sexual contact. Are you really going to ask for or trust what they say their STI status is?

      I never trust as they are high risk ppl...

      What I scare is the abrasion area that touches or catches anything from her...

      They are high risk ppl...

      That makes me feel so unsafe after all this sickness coming to me... been a week...

      My anxiety is killing me

      Doxycycline will treat both gonorrhea and chlamydia if present, but you need to finish the week. It may aggravate the diarrhea because you already were sick with a gastro infection. Try some probiotics or acidophilus supplement or even live culture yogurt. The test in 14 weeks will be for the HIV you are worried about , but as PVP-ouch suggested, you need to protect your wife during this time.

      Cos now the feeling is so Killing me...

      I will protect my wife no matter how...

      So if next week I go have a test what u think..

      But in ur reply which I read through ... u mention is low risk...

      I will just try not to think...

      If all this signs keep coming to me really make me scared

      Agreed. You're wife needs to be aware of what's going on. You need to think of your family. The infection should go away but you're risking say to much. Family and health. I didn't realize you were w

      Yes it is low risk , but you are HIGHLY anxious. so in order to stop the anxiety , you need to do the test. that is very straight forward thinking. Otherwise you will always be thinking "am I, am I, am HIV positive??". So, you have done well, you got the basics covered by getting the most likely STI's prophylactically treated (ie they probably were not ther but the daoctor did the correct thing and is treating you anyway) and now, after 14 weeks, go get you HIV test and you can stop worrying. Until then, you are left with a small amount of concern given you had sex with a sex trade worker and an open lesion on your genital area.
