I assume this is fordyce spots, Been there for 3 years now

Help.. I've had these white bumps/spots for about 3 years now. I tested positive for clamydia in 2018 i took the antibiotics and no longer deal with those symptoms. However these bumps seem to appear around that same time. The doctor i went to see said it was HPV gential warts but after doing research online and looking at pictures this looks nothing like gential wartsz It looks more like fordyce spots. Can anybody confirm?

    heres another picture.. It itches only sometimes only when i wash with soap... Every now and then it will tingle and itch but its not common image

    i think fordyce spots. i have something similar that im hoping a doctor can confirm for me

    mine looked the same looking way better been taking isotretinoin for 2 weeks the ones on my lip are already gone
