I can't accept that some symptoms are caused by anxiety

Hi all,
Last month I had a testicular scare and since then l haven't felt the same mentally and physically. In the days leading up to the appointment, I was in a state of panic. Felt weak, stomach pains, irregular bowel activity, pain in lower back, amongst other things.
I had my testicle issue checked by 2 different doctors. They both said it definitely wasn't cancer and most likely caused by the tight pants I used to wear. I mentioned the other symptoms and they said I was just highly stressed.
Although I was very relieved it wasn't testicular cancer, I was still concerned about the other issues. I was waking up early, still feeling weak, especially in my legs. When I tried to get back to sleep I would experience a head rush like dizziness. In the space of a week, I went to A&E twice and also my GP twice out of sheer panic. Each and every time, I was told it's stress/anxiety. But for some reason I cannot accept this.
I now no longer feel the testicular pain I had before but my stomach pains, particularly lower down on both sides, seems to have flared up. I'm experiencing constipation and still wake up each and every morning feeling ill and lethargic. I've hardly got an appetite anymore and I've lost a bit of weight which my colleagues have noticed. I've been going in to work but I just don't feel right. I cannot focus or work how I used to. I'm having sleep issues (insomnia) and the bags under my eyes are ridiculous.
Now, thanks to all the google searches on symptoms, I seem to have diagnosed myself with bowel cancer. I've got another appointment on Thursday where I will plead for a blood test and possibly a colonoscopy/endoscopy.
I just haven't felt the same and I can't accept that anxiety is causing all of this physical pain.
Anyone else feel this way too?

Totally know your pain. Health anxiety is the worst. I found that working out regularly really helps. I had a relapse last night and for such a small thing. I had a heart flutter. Just once and it sent me into. Panic. Then I couldn't fall asleep because right when I was about to sleep I'd feel
I had to take a deep breath. Like if I didn't I wouldn't breathe. So lame. Now chest is really tight and I'm super anxious. I'll prob go to gym tomorrow and try to work through it. Anyway. Needed to share and also say that you will pull through. Crazy how these things can just come from nowhere. I have 2 people in my life with cancer right now and I think that stress has gotten to me.

Sorry to hear about your two friends !!
I've only recently started suffering from anxiety and it seems to be I get over one ache or pain and another is there to get me again!!
No matter what I do I can't help but think the worst and the physical pain is crazy from the mind.
Have you seen a doctor or had any medication to help

Yes jseyer, some of us are here
. If you are really young, say under 45( though over is still young too
), you might try telling yourself (after getting a regular checkup, which I bet you will be fine
, that you are physically ok.
While anything can happen to anyone at any age, the vasty majority, like 99% of young people, need not worry about health issues. I am a tad over 50 and that's when you really worry. That's not to say, your anxiety and worries are not important or meaningful, but to sooth and reasure you, I would bet the house physically, you are ok. Try telling yourself that as much as you can and give your Mom a hug and always tell her anytime you feel something
. Feel better.

I'm here🙋?? Dealing with anxiety as well like all of us. Mines all started a few years back after having my first child. I started having chest pains and went to the ER, they did a ct with contrast and saw that I have a tiny PE. Since then i haven't been the same😔 Every little thing I feel in my chest area I freak out! I eventually started having panic attacks which is even worst than just being anxious. Every time I get one I feel like I'm having a heart attack which leads to me feeling like I have a heart issue. So now I'm on my 3rd heart cheack up in 3 yrs and will get results over the weekend.
