I can`t cope with the pain

HELP please! I am 4 weeks post op after having surgery for carpal tunnel release, tendon release and removal of inflamed tissue. As i sit here in tears with the pain again i don`t know what to do with myself, i have been in pain since May and it is now worse than ever. No pain relief touches or takes the edge off of it...can anyone please suggest something???

    Thank you Suzanne1709, yes the exercises are really painful but no pain no gain so they say! Barbara02002 i am so sorry to hear that yours is worse now than before the surgery, it`s so hard to cope with the pain before surgery let alone it being worse afterwards. I really hope something can be done for you so you can be pain free and happy.
