Holland and barrett also they do the magnesium spray oil
good for bedtime and aches and pains .. i love mine i use that too ..

i like the Zechstein magnesium Spray ...
Other half only has hand luggage and you know what they are like with liquid
So not worth it .. If you get a stroppy sod they take it off you..
the Zechstein magnesium oil is good i am really happy with it ..
get it off ebay uk sent to spain ... 😃

i have the day and night time magnesium spray and fine them both really good especially the night time one as it has relaxing oils in it which helps you relaxes and aids a restful night sleep!
which one has the glucosamine and menthol - is this a magnesium spray aswell?

That's a good offer pays you to keep look out when you want Vits . I have subscribed to there magazine ,that's always interesting read .The 2 I got ,well husband got woman said they were the popular 2 people buy .
