I cannot take this....is this a flare up?

I feel like a lot of my issues have been around my backside more than my vaginal area. With that being said I did a little bad with my diet around Easter and have been suffering since! I have been itchy and up at night, sore as can be and now seem really red. I have not changed my twice a week clob dosage because I am not sure what to do and I fear over applying. I have tried diaper rash cream and a smaller dosage of a steroid cream that I was prescribed for hemorrhoids before my LS diagnosis. I cannot take this anymore!!!! Any advice is welcomed. Thank you!!!!

Thank you for the replies.  I wish I could come up with something to stick between my checks because I feel like walking around, up and down all day is just making it worse by the end of the night.

I will look into the toilet paper also!

i can sympathize with you there...I am on my feet all day, too...when i use the restroom at work, i take in a little cosmetic case, filled with pre-moistened washcloths, (baby washcloths are thinner) then douse myself with Lansinoh which is Lanolin that mothers use for their sore nipples when breastfeeding..i found it by the baby aisle, at Walgreen's; use a pea size amount, and apply it..i apply it all over down 'there', and it keeps the burning/chafing at bay. It lasts mosts of the day if i put in on in the morning..

Thank you! I would have never thought to try that. I am still waiting for some relief!

Hope youre feeling a bit better melissa! I'm also having flare up misery atm too. Hard not to stress about it and stay positive mid flare up but even feeling grateful when the pain and irritation goes from 'hell on earth' to 'just unbearable' has to make some kind of difference.

      Chin up! You're not alone.

I am so sorry you are dealing with a flare up too! I am feeling a little better everyday. Still not myself but finding some relief. Sitting in the tub has been helping so much and trying to focus on the positives around me. I hope you heal quickly!
