I feel like anxiety is ruining my life

So about 4 months ago I have my first panic attack since than its been getting worse . Some nights I can't even sleep at all I wake up feeling all scared of what's to come in the day . I feel like nobody understands me im so lost . I even feel like everything seems too bright , I know some people say they feel unreal well for me I feel like everything's to real to be there i don't know how to explain it . I also get daily headaches and feel constantly tired all the time and feel dizzy almost all day . Does anyone else feel the same way I do ?  I don't know what to do anymore im only 16 .

    hi arturo;I know how it feels to live with anxiety where no one actually understands you;and many a times you can't even tell anyone about it ;Its hard to cope up with anxiety because when it triggers u can't do anything about it; anxiety restricts us from everything and when we do a stuff against it;it naturally occurs Now after suffering from 2 years I have learnt to reduce it try diverting your mind from anything;anxiety starts from thinking avoid that I say to myself that when anxiety triggers I will run away from this placebecause u can act wierdly when u are alone .I don't actually run away but it helps a lot.try drinking water ;talk to someone when u r in classroom and if it triggers start drawing something it really helps Anxiety sucks and those who suffer from it only knows but anxiety can't harm u I hope. this post will help u
