No we are definitely not imagining this.  I went out for coffee, (I drink decaf herbal tea) with my daughter this morning and had a great time.  I dropped her off and went to the grocery store and bam the anxiety started, I wanted to run out of there but forced myself to stay and get what I needed all sweaty and panicky.  I looked at the date and bingo!  It’s the 17th.  Like clockwork every month literally to the day.  It’s my cycle and my hormones doing it I know it is.  I dont have a period anymore but the hormones still act as though I am going to have one.  If any of theses doctors say that, that is not possible they are full of crap because it’s highly unlikely that even people who have panic and anxiety diagnosed have  a panic/anxiety attack on the same day every month.  I made it through but frankly, I am sick of it.  It has lessened the past 2 months but the monster is still there.

You're correct. Every month I go through the same thing. My ovaries, and pelvic area has terrible pain. The ovaries feels like two knots on the side that aches.

Now I'm experiencing acid reflux. I don't know what it is really. It's in the stomach area messing with my throat but it do not hurt, just a weird feeling.

Good day... I truly know how you feel and very proud of you for sticking it out in the store. It will get better over time. But I guess the question is, does it ever leave for good. I believe we just need to know how to maintain the symptoms... like breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and prayer. I'm sure everyone have a different way to overcome their symptoms. But try to have a good day and be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. Good bless you

So I have decided to try to go back to work part time.  I have an interview for a retail store in my area on oct 2.  I figured I would see what happens.  I don’t think I could handle going back to work full time so I’m not getting back into my field again yet.  My anxiety/health anxiety is there, some days worse than others but I have to try.  I figured that even with my insomnia I should be able to handle a few hours a day.  Let’s hope so.   🙏

That’s really big Martine you never know it may even help you . I find having not worked in 11 years that you lose your confidence not just in a job but in life .  Just make sure the days you’re working you maybe take something the night before to sleep .. this is what I do when I have an appt it eases the stress of not sleeping .

I'm actually starting to look for work too. Not because I want to! But I need to. ... money stress does not help the physical issues. I'm thinking of a work from home situation. ..even AT&T offers a work from home customer service position at $18 an hour. That's not bad! I just don't feel like I can handle the rigors of a "people" job right now. But I think that's just my personality, I'm more introverted. I'm very chatty! But also very mellow. I know, it makes no sense. I like people! But it taxes my energy in a weird way. It's crummy because I'm actually really charismatic and friendly. But after a short while I'm just ready to get back home! Lol. Kudos to you for getting out there. .. and who knows you might really love it!

Hi Carly, maybe you could private message me about the details of the AT&T job at $18 an hour.!

I'd be interested in knowing about that.

I want to say I found it on indeed job board for houston texas zip code 77077 job search for customer service. I'll have to look for it again but it was just last week. There was another work from home op listed. It said you have to have a computer that connects with wire to the router, your desk can't face the window, and you have to have a door that can lock and a certain Internet speed. I guess they come do a check before you go to training for the job. That one pays $15 an hour, it's answering the phone for people ordering flowers and making hotel reservations. You have to be willing to work nights and weekends though.
