I think they will pass Hun but if you are concerned,go see your doctor.

Maybe with all that's going on with your mum and dad and the anticipation of starting back at work looming, your nerves are a little frazzled.

I think when we start to feel anxiety again we automatically go into panic mode and think " oh no,not again", we tend to forget that life is still going on and circumstances can still effect us.

Even a person without anxiety would be a little overwhelm and edgy with the amount you have got going on so you are bound to.

I think you will be fine going back to work but try not to take to much on board. Do what you can and nothing more. Your health is the most important thing xx

Yes i think i expect too much from myself expecting not to feel anxiety.Ive been supporting members of my family with their problems over the last 2 to 3 years. Its just all caught up with me the depression is better to what it  was thats something positive. Like you say we do go into panic mode when we get that anxiety feeling washing all over us.We all have to face our parents becoming old and fraile one day. Thanks for your reply. x

Hey sorry to hear about your dad. It's a very stressful time and normal to feel anxious. My dad was sick, diagnosed in July 2013 with lung cancer and it was so stressful, upsetting and I had anxiety and panic attacks and could not breath, wanted to smash stuff up etc, got irritated at people who cared and ignored their calls. He passed away in jan and it's been awfull, cit did not work for me' I went to sleeping pills so I got sleep with helps with the anxiety and panics. Try eating well and exercise, but it's normal to worry about your parents when they reach that age. :-( and it is the worst feeling ever. Hope your dad is ok, and be happy that you are there for him, take care xxx

Sorry to hear about your dad it must have been very painful for you and still is. Everyone is different so its hard to get the right medication sometimes. I shall carry on with citalopram and see how it goes and try to be more gentle with myself. xx
