How are you now? I have these same exact symptoms all after eating. 6 months now of this. I'm currently sitting here deciding if I should go to the ER for the 10th time. Repeated blood work ,ultrasounds, and cts say I'm fine.

    Help me please!

Ive has this two for 10 months. That feeling that when your stomach drops. I think a lot of this is anxiety created by gerd

Hi All!! I’d thought I’d post in hopes to give some of you a bit of comfort and sigh of relief. After reading many of your stories I can sympathize deeply with you. I’ve been battling with ALL of these pains and symptoms for years. They aren’t always constant, but I’ll have flare ups here and there.

My symptoms were, tension headaches, neck pain, sometimes back pain (upper, mid, lower), arm aches, pins and needles in hands and feet, dizzy, eye pressure and burning, light headed, stomach bloating after I eat, stomach pain, sometimes nausea, sometimes chills, chest pain, acid reflux that I could feel and not feel, anxiety from it all and a great sense that something was greatly wrong with me.

After multiple ER visits, tones of specialty doctors and loads of test...the only thing doctors could say was that I had GERD and some gastritis along with anxiety. After I found out there was nothing severely wrong with me, my anxiety dropped. I went on a strict diet to let my belly heal (from all the stress acid burning away at it), along with probiotics and some other belly healing supliments. I went to Accupunture once a week and within two weeks felt 50% better and within a month 100%, no symptoms. I was able to go off the diet and return to normal life. I continue doing some yoga and acupuncture as well as take probiotics. I get flare ups here and there and can now recognize what it is and implement my detox before things get out of hand. For me this entire issue is triggered by stress and belly imbalance!

Trust me you are going to be ok. Have all the tests done and then take a deep breath when you find out you are healthy. This will pass. smile best of luck.

Most of the symptoms are exacerbated by the ppi...GERD is only a symptom of an underlying cause such as h pylori, SIBO, leaky gut, etc... lowering your stomach acid will make matters worse! All of these happened to me. I would eat and hours later i would almost pass out. All happened within the month of starting ppis. I developed rosacea and other pains that werent there before ppis. Searching for an answer i went to Nexiums website and clearly there posted are the side effects. From low white blood cell count which i have to full blown autoimmune disease such as lupus. I stopped the nexium and most of the symptoms started clearing up but the heartburn came back even worse. So i started supplementing with dgl licorice, Now digestive enzymes, mega doses of l-glutamine and im slowly recovering. I suspect my gut flora has been completely out of whack for awhile made WORSE by the ppis where there is no acid, bacteria get free reign of the whole digestive tract and now no matter what you eat it wont be digested properly and malnutrition will set in and youll start developing food allergies. Clean up your diet, no gluten, wheat, sugar or dairy, no alchohol or caffeine and eat whole foods. Supplement with the above and you'll see you'll start recovering. Get off the ppis!!
