My nutrition is good but I would like to ask others on food you should eat or shouldn't. Any hot drinks or Alcohol to avoid.

I think most of us agree that alcohol is a no no. Otherwise we all seem to have different things that seem to upset our generally bad digestive systems.

There do seem to be a great deal of us with IBS. I've managed to slowly sort out a diet that suits me, I eat a lot of fresh food, avoid processed and definitely feel that the 'little and often' approach with food seems to work better for me than large meals.

Generally, it's agreed that people with ME/CFS should avoid sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. Beyond that, many of us have food sensitivities and have to devise our own optimal diets. When I had a lot of these sensitivities in previous years, I followed a 4-day rotation diet recommended by my nutritionist. In other words, I didn't eat the same foods within 4 days. That diet helped me hugely with digestive issues. I also took digestive enzymes.
