I have really bad health anxiety help please!?

I'm 17 years old and currently living with my sister 3 hours awAy from my parents. She works everyday so im alone all the time and im so scared I'm going to have a heart attack or something and then not be able to call 911 or just randomly stop breathing. I have back pain and breast pain like stabbing and I feel so scared Ive been to the doctor and the ekg was okay and every thing but I do have a heart murmur. Ugh I'm so scared. A day never goes by that I don't think I'm dying or have something really wrong. Please im begging for help.

    You need to go to a psychiatrist and get help. I did and got mess that work for me and it's a life changer

    Hi, you need to try and breathe a bit slower, calm down a bit, remember you are only 17 and therefore quite young - and chances of a heart attack are pretty low for you.

    I had  a heart attack about 7 years ago - and I'm 51 now.

    Just chill - think positive and calm thoughts - if you feel really bad then know you can phone the hospital and there are people who care and will come and see you.

    You're so young. Dont waste it on worrying...try to find things and activities that get your mind off it. That works for me. Sometimes taking a nice shower or bath. Watching something funny. For me if i get bad anxiety. It takes 2-3 days of doing things i just mentioned for it to go away. Usually what makes me relapse is my overthinking from my other real illness (cystic fibrosis) i think its something other than that and panic. But slowly im eliminating it. It takes patience.
