I know how you feel, just read this - https://patient.info/forums/discuss/help-me-please--451601?page=1#1580497 or this.

I'm scared too but you'll be fine. Just go and see a doctor and tell them exactly how you feel, what your symptoms are etc and they can help you smile

Hi, you need to try and breathe a bit slower, calm down a bit, remember you are only 17 and therefore quite young - and chances of a heart attack are pretty low for you.

    I had  a heart attack about 7 years ago - and I'm 51 now.

Just chill - think positive and calm thoughts - if you feel really bad then know you can phone the hospital and there are people who care and will come and see you.

You're so young. Dont waste it on worrying...try to find things and activities that get your mind off it. That works for me. Sometimes taking a nice shower or bath. Watching something funny. For me if i get bad anxiety. It takes 2-3 days of doing things i just mentioned for it to go away. Usually what makes me relapse is my overthinking from my other real illness (cystic fibrosis) i think its something other than that and panic. But slowly im eliminating it. It takes patience.
