Let me tell you I had full blown Raynaud's. I'd need roughly one hour recovery from an attack. Blue fingers white fingers, pain - the lot. I've got low blood pressure so I can't take medication. I have to go to hospital for a week for iloprost infusion. Anyway let me tell you what cured me. I take 3 pills. Butcher's broom, odorless garlic and gingko bilboa. I had been taking just Gingko (which didn't work) but I was advised to take Butchers Broom in Holland and Barret, they also said buy fish oil but I didn't like the thought. Anyway, it's only been 5 days but you could describe me as having bad circulation now but not Raynauds. I've washed my hands with cold water, gone out without my mittens and I'm ok. I went to an event and minutes after entering I was shaking hands. My hands were warm!! You cannot imagine what it feels like to not have cold hands anymore. I was ready to saw my fingers off. This 'spring' has been awful but now I'm no colder than anyone else . Please buy these natural remedies, it'll change your life. Please comment once you're cured too.

I have also been taking ginkgo and garlic and butchers broom, but please don’t take 10 capsules/tablets of anything! And run it by your doctor. One ginkgo capsule of 240, one odorless garlic tablet, and one butchers broom capsule.

I have had Raynauds for MANY years. I use a Microwaveable Moist Heat Wrap every single night on my feet when I get in bed. Yes, even in summer. Socks help, but i don't like sleeping in them. These large Moist heat pads are amazing. I'm not exaggerating when I say I have used the same one thousands of times. It's the large one that would wrap around and lay on both shoulders. I put it in a pillow case so i can wash that.I also use it during days when my fingers are freezing in the house usually in the winter months. It costs about $20.00. I also use the small chemical heat pads in my gloves. I put the little chemical heat pads in small soft covers I bought, then put into the gloves. That helps, but like someone else said, I have to squeeze my hands inside the gloves so my finger tips touch the heat. To keep my feet from freezing when I go someplace, I put these little chemical heat pads in small covers that have velcro straps around my ankles. Place the heat pad on the inside of each ankle above the little bone over top of a pair of socks. I have discovered if I buy my boots and shoes 1/2 size bigger I can wear warmer socks. So I have to use 4 pads on any cold day even when I'm just going to the grocery store. I buy those small heat pads at Walmart. The Microwaveable Heat Wrap I bought online. Easy to find on Amazon. The little chemical heat pads last all day and I buy packages of 10 pair for about $5.00. It's quite miserable to live with Raynauds. Sorry this is so long. Just trying to help anyone who has to suffer with frozen blue and white fingers and toes. Doing this is truly the only way I can leave the house in the winter.
