I have these VERY small pimples right under my penis on the foreskin, they seem to be on top of a vein

I noticed these very small pimples a few weeks ago, they don't cause pain or anything, there just there and it worries. I've never had sex either. meFile size is too big

    Try loading photos from a PC, Mac or Laptop ....

    If you have never had sex then the vast majority of problem issues are due to unprotected sex, so you should be fully clear of problem issues .....

      Well what are some the issues you would say I have if I did have unprotected sex? these pimples are like VERY small, there right under those papules on the penis. The only reason I saw them was because I shined a light on them. they haven't grown or spread anywhere. Dont hurt whatsoever or cause discomfort, just worries me a little.

      Okay, so I now have a photo to view from what you are concerned about.

      These are most likely what are naturally present on the penis following onset of sexual maturation - they may develop in size and number, and, you may get further spots and glands that are also naturally present on the penis - these can develop up until the age of about 30YOA.

      if you feel you have taken risks with sexual practices you would need to get tested for STD/STI ......

      You have Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) on the corona / rim of the head of your penis, which is the most common location for PPP, this is what these could also be - other than that the most likely thing is Fordyce Spots ......
