how are you doing today ? were you able to walk a little bit - Are you full weight bearing ?

now remember to ask for painkillers when you are in pain okay?  no need to suffer -

good riddens of the nagging OA pain -

be gentle with yourself and please continue to share how you are doing, okay?

    big warm hug

Interesting !!!! will you stay in the hospital or go to a rehab center - might not be so bad, you know - you will be stronger and probab;y more confident - pain better controlled -

What is considered a "proper" chair, Sandra?

      Big warm hug

Hi renee.I only have modern little fold up chairs with no arms etc.where you need a highish back and arms and the right height!I don't think we have rehab in this country?if you do I'm sure it will be very expensive!hope you are doing okay?xx

Oh I've read about those lying down bed pans, they sound really awful! Maybe they use them so people think, oh no! I better get out of this bed & to the loo ! I had a catheter, I was absolutely dreading having one but when I came out from op I couldn't even feel it, it was really easy to take out as well.

Keep up the good work Sandra, sounds like you're doing great 👍🏻

Oh no ! So you have to stay there until Tuesday!

Can they give you a stronger pain med at night so you can keep on top of the pain ?

Yes she is going to give me stronger ones for night.so I might just go Tom and stay in my room for a couple of days.I can still keep walking around and doing my exercises. Xxx
