On 1/23 i went swimming in a friend's pool upstate. later, on the way home, i started feeling an irritation on my penis. there was nothing there. the next day, the irritation was still there but i didnt really see anything but a little redness. the next day couple of days i actually forgot about it until Wed, 1/27 when i started to feel irritation again so i looked and saw what is in the first image attached. i started to freak out thinking it was herpes of course, but hoped it would go away. next, it started to get worse so on saturday 1/30, i went to see the doctor to get tested. he saw me when my penis looked like the second and third images). he said it looks like herpes or chancroid so he did a blood test for STD and swabbed for chancroid. yesterday, i got the results back and all IGG and IGM came back negative as well as negative for other STDs. chancroid test also came back negative. so what could this be? the last picture is what it looks like today

i am sorry to see that,
it looks very uncomfortable....i am not sure, but look in to possible errosive lichen planus. if it is such a thing it could possibly be helped with potent steroid creams perscribed by a doctor, which should be used with great care and caution.
also i would strongly advise using all natural options at you disposal.
this could potentially be used in in unison with a doctors perscription or by itself.
no itritants on penis, no soaps or harsh products
only very gentle natural products or special dermatalogical products
there must be alot of bacteria going on there, i would consider looking into gentle anti fungal products such as neem and karanja, pure aloe.
i would advise seeing a professional asap.
since it looks advanced i would consider going on a fast/cleanse and introducing natural products into diet such as turmeric, neem, pure aloe vera juice, probiotics etc.
best wishes to you.
