It's so hard to say at this point. It's easier to tell from the blisters in the earlier stage. At this point that could look like a healing wound from almost anything. The only way to be sure is to get tested, or to wait and see if you have a 2nd outbreak (which not everyone does, even if it is herpes). I'd either get tested or try to forget about it. Don't make it a bigger deal than it is.

even if I go get tested it might not show up cause it's so early right?

Yeah, true. You'll probably want to wait at least a month, preferably 2 if you really want to be sure. If you have an outbreak before that, then you'll already know I suppose.
