I'm only on 50mg. Has anyone else had this and will it subside and if I come off does the diarrhoea stop.? Thanks I'm desperate.😢

You know when I think about it may have lasted more than two months

I'm thinking of coming off it. I've been to the docs he doesn't seem too worried but I'm getting fed up now. So had yours stopped.?

Hello. I had the same. Dr suggested increasing the dose which I point blank refused to do and told him I was coming off it. The runs stopped thank god. I was going 8 times a day ... A horrendous experience which sent my anxiety sky high. Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Get well soon

Sounds like my story Adam, I lasted 8 days and quit. How long did you manage on sert?

Hi Jimmy, 8 weeks in and all hell broke loose! Never again

6 weeks and still got it I've got to have a colonoscopy now. But I'm wondering if it's the tabs. Seems funny that it's happening while I'm on them.!

You taking anything now ? I think I'm just gonna stay away from the meds, and ride it out.

It can cause temporary colitis. Ask to change medication and it'll probably stop

Not taking anything - more exercise and meditation instead. Accepted it rather than fighting it

Exactly my thoughts. Only stopped taking them yesterday, only lasted 8 days, but will I have many side effects coming off after a short period of being on them ?

I don't know I'm going to do it gradually. I'm only on 50mg and only for about 2 months so hopefully won't be too bad. Just come off slowly.

I couldn't Manage to drag myself out of bed on them. So glad I've stopped.

Shouldn't be too bad. Half life of that drug isn't as long as others so should only take a few days. I didn't notice any side effects. Just relieved not to be constantly on the toilet and able to work again!
