I've fallen off the wagon and can't seem to get back on

Am I so far gone that I'm repeating myself? Because I already thought I posted something but I can't seem to see it. I'm so lost

You did, but 20 units will do that to you. Here's the other thread:

Thank you once again. All I've had is a bottle of champagne today but I'm afraid it will be too much when I go into work tomorrow to cut back.

That's about where I was pre-TSM. I started with a taper before I got my prescription for Nal, dropped one drink every other day until I was at about 9 per day. Don't recall having a problem with it, but that's me. That was plenty though. I'd be taking a few ibuprofen every night to ward off the hangover. that and the booze gave me a terrific case of apnea. More often than not, I'd be holding down the sofa for a good part of the next day.
I started TSM in early January. From the 12th of June up to today, I've had 5 beers. I look at the lone beer sitting in the fridge and it just doesn't speak to me.

My wife stayed the night at her parents house and finally told them that I'm an alcoholic. I feel like such an idiot and I called out from work today. I can't afford this ER bill and now my wife's whole family is going to hate me

They prescribed me librium and then released me. It says to take 3 a day but I've already taken 5 and it's not helping

What's going on for you? Did you let the doc know it's not helping?

Not yet. This the worst. I'm dry heaving and can't stop being jittery

I thought the dose varied by day, but I'm not a doc, so I wouldn't know. Is someone with you or checking in on you?
Give the doctor a call and let them know what's going on, just for your peace of mind if nothing else.

I feel completely nauseous and weak because I've barely eaten anything in 2 days and I just can't seem to focus on anything

Sounds like you're making some progress. Did the doc offer any new guidance?
Maybe see if you can get ahold of some ice pops, jello, easy to digest stuff. Your digestive system may be kind of nuked by the drinking and your body chemistry is adjusting, so take it easy on your gut.
