i’ve had a penile lesion for 4 weeks now

in january i got a penile lesion that lasted 4 weeks and it went away with clotrimazole. for now i guess it was fungal. then another spot appeared but now more near the bottom of my penis near the pelvic bone and i treated it with clotrimazole and hydrochloride butenafine. it went away after a week but it wasnt nearly as red as the original spot . again i thought it was fungal but i thought it was probably tinea versicolor. then, i got a spot again mid april. treated it with hydrochloride butenafine and it got redder so i treated it with hydrocortisone and moisturizing cream and if went away. came back again and the hydrochloride butenafine made it more red but the hydrocortisone made if better. it went away. then it just came back again and its the same cycle. im scared the hydrocortisone could make the possible fungal infection worse but at the same time, antifungal creams dont help and instead worsen it. it also doesnt give me symptoms of s fungal infection since it doesnt hurt or itch. im also going through puberty being 15 so its a little scary. currently i decided to switch it up by putting on dermatrex which is a cream with dexamathosone, ketoconazole, and gentamicin. i tried this cream since i know it can help and didnt wanna keep on using hydrocortisone on a fungal infection. i do have a girlfriend but we use protection and even then, we dont have stds. ill add close up pictures tomorrow but i really need some help with this as its scaring me 😦 . thanks !

Fungal infections sometimes require a proper treatment plan involving antifungal creams and oral pills.
Don't use creams without consulting a dermatologist/urologist first.

the photo is bad. it just might be Fordyce granules - the norm. or molluscum contagiosum. in any case it's not scary

if you can do a clearer photo, that would be great, the ones you have supplied are to blurry to see anything

I think, using different ointments, you will only harm yourself. I don't see anything wrong

i put on lotrimin ultra for a week and it did basically nothing. at times it looked whiter, but it would quickly go back to being the same color which im guessing is purely because of the cream itself. currently gonna put on arnica cream
