I've had sinusitis on and off for 3-4 years. Can we all share symptoms please?????

I dread it when I feel my symptoms coming on because I know I've got a long few weeks/months ahead of me!
Does anyone else have the tingling on the left side of face? Along with the constant head aches. Eyes feel like their popping out. Ears constantly ringing. Feeling sick. Dizzy?
I went to ENT when it first started but he wasn't very helpful.
What's everyone else's symptoms?

I am 29 and live in Cheshire in the uk. I've had sinus trouble since a severe sinus infection when I was 16 and I think it caused some long term damage. I have had sinusitis more prominatly for the past 5 years. This year has been the worst I have ever known it to Be, especially during hayfever season. I have kept a sinus diary for the past 4 months and I didn't realise how bad it was until I wrote it down to show the doctor. I recommend jotting your daily symptoms in a diary, note book or Calender.
I am on a four month course of steroid spray treatment and reaching my final month. The steroids give relief of the blocked nose, but has not solved my problem! Or relieve much pressure in other areas! After the steroid treatment they said they can refer me to a specialist so I will keep you posted.
I steam my head regularly to clear my sinuses and thin the mucus that won't drain away properly. It's the most effective relief! If I'm in work I fill a cup of boiling water and hold it under my nose.
Try it

This is Marzieh,
Just want to let you know that steroid helps at the beginig but after few months it has reverse effect and make the symptoms worse. Rinsing with normal saline spray is really good. The best one I found is neildmed which walgreens has it. When the headache is bad sudafed really helps.

Welcome to all of us who are suffering the same x
I'm fedup back and forth to docs and different "specialists".
I have recently been to a neurologist as I was referred there as they thought it was a firm of migraine, neurologist thinks not! Lol she thinks it definitely an ENT ISSUE! So I've been back to docs and he referring me back to another ENT.
I'm 99.9% certain its an issue with my sinuses and eustation tube bit who are we to tell them how to do their job.. It's just our bodies afterall. Lol
My doctor said he thinks it's chronic sinusitis and will just eventually "go away" but in the mean time I "may just have to live with it" !
Yeah ok for you to say, 3 years down the line and yes I'll agree not as bad as what it was the first year but still... It's really beginning to affect my daily life.. Afraid to go anywhere far incase I have a woozy head.
I explain to ppl its like waking everyday with a constant head cold.
Recently I've noticed a new symptom, I get muscle Twitching/spasms around my temples.... Anyone else?
Hope you feel better soon.
I live on sudafed and steam lol

3years!!!! Wow! I get kinda twitching around my temples if I'm reall having a bad day, but for me it's because I, unknowingly, grit my teeth when I'm really dizzy or my heads really sore. When I relax I notice it.

That's the only time I'm ok is when I'm lying in bed or just sitting on my own relaxed.
I don't know if this is relevant too but I've been told prior to ask this that I squint Alot.. Maybe it could be that, I do wear specs but only for reading. Maybe I need them all the time now... Only thing is my vision keeps changing some days it's fine but when I have the head pressure etc my eyes hurt behind and slighly blur.
And also terrible neck tension at the back up the bad of the skull,I always feel like my shoulders are tensed too.
Maybe we need to see a chiropracter,to loosen is up.

Do any of you have any problems with jaw ie clicking or popping out or deviating to one side.
The only thing I notice is of I place my finger on the joint in front Of the ear and open my mouth one side slighly pops out the joint if you understand what I mean, not fully out but just out slightly, but eating etc doesn't bother me.

My friends said flushing them is great, worked for him, I believe GPS tell you this coz obviously it costs them to refer you.
I have considered using a neti pot thing to flush them myself but I'm scared
