I dread it when I feel my symptoms coming on because I know I've got a long few weeks/months ahead of me!
Does anyone else have the tingling on the left side of face? Along with the constant head aches. Eyes feel like their popping out. Ears constantly ringing. Feeling sick. Dizzy?
I went to ENT when it first started but he wasn't very helpful.
What's everyone else's symptoms?

I am 26 I have always has sinus pressure and have gotten sinus infections increasingly over the past 5 years .
Ever since January I have had DRY sinuses with no mucus or congestion, facial pain, puffy eye lids, sometimes tooth pain (I have TMJ) and recently I have had "fuzzy" vision- almost feels like depersonalization. I have bad anxiety so I'm sure it makes symptoms worse.
I have had this pain for 3 months and have tried antibiotics which didn't work. My doctor suggested it could be allergies but I have no itchy eyes or runny nose!!
I also have some mold in my townhouse.. Could it be from that??
I am seeing a specialist in 4 days, hopefull he can give me some insight. Whenever I tell people about my symptoms they are shocked and think it's "weird"... Sure makes you feel like you are alone with this mystery pain...
Wishing you all the best !!

I can totally relate to so many of the posts in this discussion. Here are my current symptoms:
Dizziness and very off balance
Ears ringing (clicking when I chew and swallow)
Light sensitivity, especially when seeing lights at night eg. car highlights
Nausea
Servere pressure in my forehead that make it painful to raise eyebrows
Fatigue
Post-nasal drip
Bad breath
Pain in jaw and around ears
Brain fog and depersonalization (I do suffer from anxiety and I know these go hand and hand to only make matters worse!)
Also...does anyone else found their symptoms get worse in the evening? I've looked all over the internet and starting to be convinced I must be crazy! It's like as soon as I sun sets I feel pressure building in my head, which often leads to heads and vertigo-like symptoms.
Summary of my story is I have always had seasonal allergies, ear infections, and sinus infections. September of 2014 I moved into a new apartment and around the holidays become very ill. ENT diagnosed me with allergic rhinosinusitus. I was treated with multiple antibiotics and anti-fungals. I cut gluten and dairy out of diet in hopes of helping. Fast forward a few months and infections continued to return. I had a balloon sinuplasty in August of 2015 that seemed to help get me back to 80% for a couple of months, but then in November everything went south again. I've been constantly sick since then and so ill this most month in particular I've pretty much been out of work and feeling trapped at home.
Currently finishing up some diflucan for a fungal infection and to help counteract the negative effects of antibiotic. Cipro for bacteria, low does of methylprednisolone to try to bring down inflamation, valtrex (my ENT thought it could help if something viral was causing the dizziness).
I took zyrtec for a while with no relief. Benadryl works for temporary relief as it puts me to sleep. Meclizine makes the dizziness worse for me. Mucinex D helps some with the pressure.
I try to use my NetiPot at least a couple of times a day.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I thought possibly that the apartment I lived in may have had mold or something that sparked all of this. I have since moved twice and despite the surgery and medications still can not get relief.
I'm only 24 and it has started to make me very depressed seeing my peers live their lives, while I struggle to make it through even the simplist of daily task.
Best!

Headache, pain in nose, cheekbones, sometimes left upper molars and eye, pressure in and around ear.
It's constant, the headache.
Bane of my life.
Nothings worked (sprays etc) but when I finally had a camera up my nose, they saw a left deviated septum, enlarged turbinates and infection because of the congestion. The deviated septum makes sense as its on the left and so is most of the pain.
On the waiting list for an op but at the moment just sick of toothache and headaches on and off, sometimes I have a dental appointment and sometimes a drs one!
Really sympathise, I'm actually wondering if the op will cure me - it sounds too good to be true.

My symptoms r as follows: especially upon waking tiredness, fullness in head area and ears. While sleeping crackling in the sinus area.
A ton of drainage draining down the back of my throat.
Pressure in my noise because of the drainage. The watery eyes.
Occasional brain fog, headaches over the eyes. The constant clearing of the throat.
Dryness in the nasal passages on occassions i have burning which the Ent states can be caused by the allergen r infection.
There is Irritableness, and just a since of feeling blah, like i was going to die.
Or the feeling of not knowing from day to day how i am going to feel which can cause some anxiety
According to the ent i suffer from chronic sinusitis brought on by chronic allergic rhinitis.
I have tried all allergy med's both sprays and tablets. I am currently taken zytec, dymista and singular. I am getting allergy shots, which sometimes make me feel blah because the shot adds more of the allergens into your body. I have tried accunpunture but i am in the beginning stage of that. I have done salt therapy. So i have tried every thing.
What i have started to do is increase the neti pot to at least twice a day.
A added note i am on my fourth ENT
Although it feels like it will not end, the bright side is i have heard that this can be reversed and fixxed with the immune system getting better
But this site does help because it lets many know that they r not alone and how wide spread this chronic illness is and that it effects people of all ages.
This is new to me not really having allergies in the past. So it was hard to realize or wrap my head around( no pun intended) that the sinuses could cause so many problems to Ur quality of life

I have had chronic sinusitus since 2006. I worked in a "sick" building - poor ventaliation and cubicles. I was always sick. I had sinus surgery in 2006. Then I changed doctors and had two balloon sinuplasties, in 2007 and 2009.
My symptoms include post-nasal drip, nasal mucus, and mucus I cough up. Sometimes the mucus is clear. Other times it is yellowish or greenish.
I use a Sinupulse machine twice daily to flush out my sinuses. It works much better than the Neilmed squeeze bottle. I use two medications with my sinus rinses. In the morning I use Budesinide. At night I use Mupericin. I also use a nasal spray, Dynista, twice daily after I rinse my sinuses.
I have lived with this condition for over 10 years. It is not fun. I like my ENT doctor, but she has struggled to find me the right combination of drugs. I cannot live without my Sinupulse machine. I take it with me whenever I travel, too.
