Hi Alexis, I'm sorry you've been diagnosed with crappy disease. I was diagnosed in 2010 after years of pain and being told there's nothing wrong with me-thought I was loosing the plot!! I fractured and dislocated my left ankle falling down the garden steps last year and the pain has just got worse by the day since then. My left hip has alaws been a problem and I've had both hips checked out under x ray, they injected dye into the joints and found a laberal tear in my left hip socket. I also have hyper mobility syndrome which basically just means my joints over stretch and I've probably torn the joint doing yoga which I did to try and help myself more naturally rather than taking a tonne of drugs.

I work in a pharmacy so know what drugs are that you've been put on. I take mst morphine 60mg twice a day, they're slow release so I take one every 12 hours. I also have 20mg morphine which I can take in between if I need to, but find that they floor me now.

I did take diazepam as well after I dislocated my ankle but I didn't know what day it was or what I'd taken, so had to stop.

at this moment in time though, the drugs are preferable to the pain and lack of sleep.

Good luck Hun, hope you get some answers on here. Xx
