IBS idk someone please help

I've had abnormal bowel movements for a few years now... I have depression and anxiety plus stress. A few weeks ago I got a sharp pain on my right ovary and it was so bad I felt like I was gonna fall to my knees .. Then it hurt on my left also.. Lower back pain right above tailbone and spreads to buttbone area... I went to the doctor and I did test positive for a UTI and I'm on antibiotics... The pain is gone but not the tailbone pain... I've been constipated off and on.. Last night my stomache cramped up so bad I went to bathroom but nothing but has which DID relive the cramps... This morning I woke up and my stomache was upset went to bathroom and it was loose stools not hard... No blood in stools or mucous... About a year ago I did have mucous. I'm so scared and two years ago I was suppose to get a colonoscopy but didn't because I was so scared.. And my insurance expired! I had insurance but my husband got laid off (oil field) and today is last day I can see a doctor... Last week I saw a dr and had my blood wrk done so I'm waiting on those results and I asked her if she could do a stool test just in case because I wouldn't have time to see gastro dr... I've been stressed and worrying if it's something bad.. I'm not looking for someone to diagnose me but my question is.. Does anyone else have this or have had this before and it's IBS... The worst thing is I googled symptoms and now I'm even more scared and stressed and crying... I haven't lost weight.. No blood in stools.. But idk

    She is giving false information.The cheof complaint of IBS is pain,that is what brings most to the doctor in fear.In the back as well.it may not be IBS but that information is wrong.

    you said you are worried it is things you googled.What are your fear that it could be?

    I went to the gyno a few month ago with alternating pelvic pain from side to side and low back pain to the groin.My belly was not good either.After all tests it turned out to be a very small fibroid.It could be alot of things.I inderstand how you feel.I worry too until I am completely checked out.

      I read about colon cancer and also ovarian and my grandma died from ovarian .. Let me just give y'all some details of what I've been through... My daughter will be three in April... End of April... From when she was two months I went to the doctor for abnormal Bowels but yellow ones.. Was kind of concerned so he did my bloodwork... Everything was abnormal... He told me to ask my on if that was normal for just having a baby... Even my cholesterol was off... The OB couldn't see me so I saw the NP... She said t had nothing to do with me just giving birth so my doctor ran test and after test... I mean CT scan of brain... Gallbladder liver US.. And I thought the worst... I started to experience pains I had never experienced even pain in breast sharp pains and numbness to hands head everywhere... It was horrible not knowing what was wrong and I kept thinking of course the worse googling ... So I went back for my follow up with my actual OB.. And he said .. I could've saved you all that trouble of stress... That's all normal you just had a baby... I was furious... Because his nurse practitioner was too lazy to find out and have me the wrong info.. That was time away from my baby.. Time being depressed and stressed... That's what triggered me getting panic attacks and even tho I had irritable bowel (I think that's what it is) it was nothing like it is now.. Now I'm always worrying always thinking bad... It's hard being this type of person now it's taking over my life... I keep thinking maybe I've triggered more pain thinking bad things... Because that is possible.. I'm gonna try fiber in my drinks and change my diet... And try not to stress... If it gets worse I'll have to go to ER... You guys thanks so much for letting me know it is possible to experience this pain .. And yes I need another dr.. She was a NP and around here a lot of doctors don't have any appts available and I had to get in ASAP due to my insurance expiring
