in and out of bathroom

I would like some help here. I have been in and out of the bathroom with more stool problems and urinating more. I feel like my stools keep getting worse it seems like I can't eat anything with out having to go soft stool or diarrhea. Then I feel weak sick to stomach and then all day today I was urinating after I went diarrhea it seemed non stop today with the urine. 

Can anyone relate to this I don't know what to eat that will stay in my system please help me feeling blue and downcry

    i'd love to say to you this is the magic potion but i'm still on my voyage of discovery.

    when we were kids, we didnt question the integrity of our doctors.

    we are older and wiser now.

    how come no one knows these the answer to our woes.?

    I have that same issue. My stool is really loose and it hits me out of no where most of the time. Either right after I eat or when I wake up early in the mornings and it's like I have to hurry and find a bathroom. I think it's the Zoloft making me sick
