In confusion for Gall bladder removal surgery

Hi..

I am a Male, 29 years old and single.. I have been recently diagnosed with 2 stones in my gall bladder and doctor has adviced me to go for gall bladder removal surgery.

I am really worried now whether i should go ahead with this surgery or not.

and concerned about after surgery complications keeping in mind my age.

Plz guide me if there is any other alternative. what should i dooo....

    I'm a bit confused as to why you're posting to this forum, which is for ME/CFS. However, that said, nowadays gallbladder removal is often done through laparoscopy, which is far less invasive than the way removal was done previously. I've had some friends who've undergone this procedure and have made a good, fairly quick, recovery. If you're concerned, maybe you can get a second opinion, which is often a good thing with surgery.
