In the New Forest?

Someone asked the other day about an existing member living in the New Forest - I'm sorry, I can't remember who it was who asked redface. She is no longer active in this forum (too much hassle with being logged out) but says if anyone wishes to contact her they should join the forum associated with the northeast support group on forumup.

Born in Oxfordshire, UK - moved to Merseyside for 5 years, then Oregon, USA and then back to the UK, Three and half years in Germany and back to Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire and finaly Hampshire.   My connection with Oregon is - I would have loved to have stayed there - one of the best places I have ever lived.

You are not a hop, skip and a jump from Middlesbrough - we hold meetings there once every three months.

Just in case you are wondering, men come along as well.

And how is Hampshire in contrast? Other than warmer than Yorkshire...

Other than Oregon, they are all places we pass through/round/by on a regular basis :-)

No - he's in Hampshire now I believe. A hop skip and a jump to Chertsey at a push but time to get a NF support group underway!

Yes - have lived in the New Forest, in Hampshire, for many years now after all my wandering around the world. Chertsey is about 60 miles away - too close to the Big Smoke!!!  Sway is a lot closer - 13 miles.

Ah yes - but you'll learn a lot about how to run a very good support group there. And definitely worth travelling to for a good rheumy.

Rosemary lives in Lyndhurst and is quite willing to meet up for a coffee and a chat.  Now we need to know where and when.  April looks as though it would be best bet.

Send me a pm with your email address please.
