Income related esa

I receive income related ESA if I lose my PIP would i lose part of my ESA I haven't had an assessment for esa in more than 20 yrs does anyone know why sorry asking 2 questions at one time Denise I would appreciate your advice

    Hi Jane I would listen to what Denise says as she is the expert on benefits.  If she doesn't know the answer she will say so and I have always found her advice totally accurate and up to date.  She has been helping people on here for a long time.  Good luck with it all.  x

    I was receiving SDP with my ESA and when I failed my assessment and lost my PIP I lost my SDP also ,

    I went from £1040 a month to £372 which took affect immediately,

    Which was a HUGE loss , I've just began a new claim ,

      I'm sorry to hear that. You say you've started a new claim? Was there any reason you didn't ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration?
